Pros:

Obsługa zrozumiała i zaakceptowała moja chęć wymeldowania z hotelu.
Pościel i łazienka były czyste ( wykładzina na podłodze pamięta jednak nie jedno zalanie)
Siłownię widziałam z zewnątrz wyglądała ładnie.

Cons:

Wybrałam ten pobyt jako pobyt służbowy ale po 1 nocy się wymeldowałam ( pierwszy raz w mojej historii, a że względu na pracę bardzo często korzystam z hoteli)

Zarezerwowany pokój deluxe
- miał mieć klimatyzację nie miał
- po wejściu do pokoju dominowała duchota oraz bardzo silny zapach podobny do domestosa
- materac wgnieciony zapadnięty zdecydowanie stary
- duża łazienka ( przystosowana dla niepełnosprawnych) powinna być plusem ale dla gościa dodatkowe wyjście z łazienki na korytarz raczej nie jest komfortowe
- telewizor nie działał
- dziura w ścianie wejściowych
- ściany z papieru wszystko słychać plus w nocy głośne niekulturalne dyskusje Pana, który mnie meldował z pijacaymi gośćmi o "dziewczynkach"
- gdy zeszłam na śniadanie o 09. 30 ( a upewniałam się w nocy przy zameldowaniu, że śniadanie jest do 10) leżała 1 kiełbas i parę warzyw. Zero obsługi nikogo. Gdy poinformowałam kuchnie o tym (Tu plus dla nich) przynieśli mi pełne śniadania indywidualne do stolika.

I tu nie chodzi o cenę, bo w tej samej cenie kolejne noce spędziłam w innym hotelu gdzie śniadanie było najwyższej klasy jak i pokój był bardziej zadbany, a basen był dla gości w gratisie.

Hotel wymaga generalnego remontu i lepszego zarządzania

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Shower had good water pressure. It was clean. It seems to be a hotel set up for groups.

Cons:

We advised the hotel of our late check in (9pm) we arrived in a thunderstorm by taxi. The hotel is a little way out of town. As we arrived,there was somebody eating in the restaurant but when we asked about food was told the kitchen was closed. Not even a sandwich available meaning that we had to order a taxi to take us into the town for a takeaway and wait to bring us back.
The room was a bit dated, the bedside lamps didn't work and the air conditioning (it was 30+ degrees) was only blowing out hot air so we had to keep the window open. The curtains weren't blackout and the big fluorescent sign outside was on all night. There's no lift.

Trzy razy zmieniałam pokój z powodu braku biurka, w drugim była urwana klamka, na korytarzy smród papierosów, pokój był w oddzielnym budynku który wyglądał jak opuszczony hotel - pusta recepcja, stoły do góry nogami i na deser wory z pościelą przed wejściem... w pokoju bylo strasznie goraco, na dodatek drugiego dnia pobytu sadzac po halasie ktos chyba remontowal pokoj obok...Recepcjonistka która mnie obsługiwała zupełnie nie ogarniała tematu, naszczescie jej koleżanka opanowała zakwaterowanie gościa. Śniadanie niesmaczne, jajka wyglądały jakby pół roku stały na talerzu. Na obiad zjadłam rybę która zdecydowanie nie była jadalną... niestety nie mogę polecić. ..
