Pros:

Stafnya ramah khususnya cs yg menerima kami saat check in saya ucapkan terima kasih karena sudah bantu angkat koper ke lt 3, kamarnya bersih disediakan kopi dan teh di lt 1serta air minum galon disetiap lantai lingkungan lumayan strategis

Cons:

Kami pesan 2 kamar dan harus deposit 200 RB per kamar jadi total deposit 400 RB jadi agak merepotkan kalo gak pegang uang cash. Kamar mandi gak bisa dikunci dari dalam, gak ada exhaust fan dan gak ada kran buat ambil wudhu jadi agak susah karena harus pakai shower.

Pros:

It's very close to my training center and staffs were very nice and kind.

Cons:

The room I got had a hint of cigarette and kind of sour odor and it stays in my pajama. The blanket was thin and rough, made me itch, very noisy in the early morning from neighboring mosque. Provided doormat in front of the bathroom (already on the floor and not new), visibly dirty, I was scared to dry my feet there after bathroom. Bath towel was not smelling fresh. Bathroom was the all in 1 room type (no divider from the toilet) so the toilet was always wet, floor was slippery like there's soap residue and sink was clogged. Door has no extra security lock and it did not feel really safe. No amenities like toothbrush or decent soap and shampoo. Wifi was very bad and the lighting was very dark and gloomy. For the price (was almost 400k rupiah per night when I stayed) I expected at least a cleaner room.

Disappointing
Pros:

the bed sheets were not nice fabric and spots were on them. I expect I fresh bed sheets and out of cotton not synthetic material.

Cons:

loud atmosphere, could not rest, bad Wi-Fi (need maybe an stronger router).
