Wspaniałe miejsce, niezwykle pomocna i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Wyśmienite śniadania - naprawdę jak na polskie warunki to super, codziennie coś nowego. Dobra baza wellness, jest basen, kilka saun, jacuzzi. Szlafki, kapcie dla wygody korzystających ze strefy basenowej.
No i ogromny plus za restauracje - pracowałem kilka dni z tego hotelu i codziennie jadłem coś innego. Wszystko naprawdę na wysokim poziomie! Pieski mile widziane i super przyjęte. Gratulacje!!

Cons:

Wszystko było ok, jeśli już miałbym się do czegoś przyczepić to może kawałek do przejścia do centrum Karpacza oraz wrzucane tabletki do jacuzzi. Czasem zostawiały dziwny nalot na ciele. Myślę że to próba zapobiegania rozrostu bakterii grzybów.

W hotelu byliśmy drugi raz i ponownie nie zawiedliśmy się. Sam hotel w doskonałym miejscu zarówno jeśli chodzi o wejście na szlaku jak i wyjście do miasta. Pokój czyściutki i przestronny. Strefa SPA super, relaks w basenie i saunie po dniu na szlaku nie oceniony, a do tego możliwość wykupienia masażu super. Polecam z całego serca. A no i restauracja, śniadania bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane, obiady również godne polecenia, kucharz na 5.
