The room was clean and had everything you need, including a tea/coffee maker. Great spa area with a nice-sized swimming pool. Breakfast was really good! Free parking was a great option. We really liked everything.

Cons:

The room might get a bit warm on very hot days, so air conditioning could be useful.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel mimo kilku drobnostek

Bardzo czysto, dobra lokalizacja- blisko szlaków i centrum Karpacza. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, a obsługa podczas śniadań przemiła. Panie sprzątające także bardzo miłe. Wyposażenie pokoju dobre. Ogółem jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone i na pewno wrócimy.

Cons:

W pokoju przez cały pobyt nie działał internet- było to zgłoszone już dnia pierwszego. Ostatniego wieczora niestety cała strefa basenu, spa nie działała- jacuzzi, sauny oraz jety w basenie. Nie mogłyśmy skorzystać więc ostatni raz.
No i niestety niezaktualizowane dane na stronie www odnośnie zabiegów- pracownik strefy spa był zdziwiony zabiegiem, który chciałam wykonać i który był na stronie internetowej hotelu.
