Bardzo udany!
Pros:

Hotel jest czysty i przestronny. Rewelacyjny dla dzieci- sala zabaw jest ogromna i świetnie wyposażona. Strefa basenowa jest bardzo różnorodna. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór.

Posilki w cenie, fajny cieply basen woda i powietrze, atrakcje dla dzieci i dorosłych, fajna obsluga, czystosc obiektu, super lokalizacja z widokiem na sniezke, duze parkingi w rozadnej cenie i naliczanie parkingu doba a nie dzien co jest bardzo uczciwe w stosunku do gosci. Fajne przestrzenie, szybkie windy.

Zdecydowanie Tropikana

Cons:

1.Umiejscowienie klienta indywidualnego w centrum konferencji FLR-medal za bezmyślność. Mając prawie 900 pokoi dostaliśmy pokój na piętrze gdzie odbywała się konferencja: wykłady,spotkania,stoiska strefa gastro,muzyka i tysiąc osób. Polecono nam korzystanie z windy bocznej,bo ciężko było przebić się przez tłum, ale przy windzie bocznej była ścianka do zdjęć, wywiady... masakra
2.Restauracja czerwona jest olbrzymia,o godz.9:30 nie było wolnych stolików, ale nie dlatego, że wszystkie były zajęte tylko wszystkie były zastawione brudną zastawą,której nikt nie sprzątał. Kelnerzy stali przy swoich wózkach i rozglądali się bezradnie nic nie robiąc. A gdzie menadżer sali?
3.Nikt nie informuje gościa przy meldowaniu o zasadach korzystania z parkingu a konkretnie o pobraniu w recepcji karty parkingowej. Potem okazało się, że nie tylko my mieliśmy problem z wyjazdem i goście przekazywali sobie co trzeba zrobić, ale to chyba należy do recepcji.
4.Hotel wymaga odświeżenia, wykładzina w pokoju i na korytarzu tak wytarta, że jeszcze trochę i wypadną dziury.
5.Bylismy 12lat temu i daliśmy opinię super,teraz nie. Jest tyle konkurencyjnych hoteli w Karpaczu, że Gołębiewski powinien się obudzić.
