Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Die Aussicht von der Poolanlage ist wunderschön.

Μείναμε στο White Rock of Kos και πραγματικά ενθουσιαστήκαμε! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο, οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και η θέα είναι απλά εκπληκτική. Η καθαριότητα γίνεται καθημερινά και μάλιστα δύο φορές την ημέρα, κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώθουμε πραγματικά άνετα και ξεχωριστά.

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να απολαύσει όμορφες και ξεχωριστές διακοπές στην Κω.❤️🌊☀️

Erholsam und gut zum Entschleunigen.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit mit trotzdem guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Stränden in der Nähe. Der private Pool war sehr schön.

Cons:

Teilweise etwas heruntergekommene Möbel und übler Geruch im Badezimmerbereich und aus der Klimaanlage.

Disappointing five-star stay that did not match the photos or the price; the view was the only redeeming feature.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the view from the room.

Cons:

We booked based on photos showing a private pool with full sea view. We received a smaller room with a smaller pool and only partial sea view. Reception claimed all rooms are the same, nothing could be done, and the photos don’t match reality, essentially telling us to accept it. After contacting Booking.com a slightly better room was offered, but it still had a smaller pool, smaller terrace and less privacy than advertised.

For a five-star hotel at €480 per night the standards were far below expectations: underperforming and rude receptionist, no daily complimentary water, limited and poor-quality breakfast, dirty and poorly maintained rooms, minimal toiletries (only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), no toothbrush or toothpaste, a dirty private pool with grime and slime, tiny old hard towels that were fraying, and rushed cleaning that left toilet stains for three days despite the “disinfected” seal.

Pros:

Great hotel. Wonderful staff, helpful, polite and go out of your way to have a good experience. We had a suite with pool which was very spacious, comfortable and worth having our own pool in the heat. The food and service at the hotel was very good. The main pool is huge!! Really nice views over the bay and an easy walk to get down to kefalos. A big walk back! The hotel even provided a shuttle and we went to the windmill in kefalos village for dinner which was worth it. Lovely beach nearby but a very nice peaceful hotel.

Wonderful accommodation, stunning views and location wouldn’t hesitate to return!
Pros:

Location and views of the Bay of Kefalos. Set on the hillside, might not appeal to some but wow the views were superb! Also all of the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like!

Die Lage am Anhang mit einer traumhaften Aussicht vom Restaurant . Personal im Restaurant und Pool Bereich waren sehr zuvorkommend. Essen im Restaurant für ein 5 Sterne Restaurant - Preis-Leistung waren gut.

Cons:

Der Wunsch das Zimmer mit dem Blick vom Whirlpool ( Glasscheibe) auf die Bucht zu erhalten wurde uns verwehrt. Leider wurde das gebuchte Zimmer nicht und zur Verfügung gestellt, weil wir zu wenig Nächte gebucht haben. Traurig, aber wahr.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Kaputte Bademäntel, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Waschtisch in Kniehöhe. Frühstück sehr langweilig, für 5 Sterne einfach zu wenig.
