Окремо хочеться відзначити турботу про гостей: навіть коли ми поверталися до готелю о другій годині ночі, нам без пробле
Pros:

Усе було чудово! Дуже привітний та уважний персонал.

Під час заселення нам одразу розповіли про всі зручності, пояснили, що за потреби можна скористатися феном чи праскою для одягу. Усе необхідне швидко принесли, завжди були на зв'язку та готові допомогти.

Дуже приємний прийом і гарне ставлення до гостей. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Дуже приємний, привітний, компетентний персонал. Пані, яка зустрічала нас посмішкою і проводила вранці (повезло, що на її є зміні) - то любов)) дуже приємний персонал

Cons:

Старенькі елементи інтер'єру.. меблі, сантехніка. дрібниці всякі.. які для готелю мають бути відсутні. Розумію . Але за ту ціну як споживач, хочеться більшого)

Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hat sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst – z. B. sie wussten, dass wir sehr spät und nach der Ausgangssperre ankommen würden, und haben auf uns gewartet. Der Standort westlich der Stadt ist gut, wenn man am nächsten Tag früh morgens weiter Richtung Westen fahren möchte, ohne durch Kharkiv-Zentrum fahren zu müssen. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, keine Luftangriffe.

Cons:

Das 4er-Zimmer wird vermutlich nicht so oft benutzt und war deshalb leider nicht so sauber, als wir erwarten bzw. uns wünschen würden.
