The only positive experience was the receptionist, who was kind, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several things we did not like about the property. First of all, our room was never cleaned during our stay. The door also did not close properly.

We asked about food for an aperitif because the menu advertised a Happy Hour, but there was actually nothing available to order.

We also wanted to rent a scooter from the property, as this service was offered to us. We agreed and were about to make the payment, but in the end they did not have any scooters available.

The cleaning staff were also rude and unfriendly.

The location is close to the pier, which is convenient, but the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant. Overall, we would not recommend this property.

L’emplacement est le gros point fort de cet hôtel juste à côté de l’embarcadère et contrairement à ce que l’on pourrais penser c’était assez calme. Pied dans le sable accès direct à la plage

Vraiment une bonne adresse
Pros:

c’est la seule auberge de jeunesse que nous ayons fait du séjour et franchement elle était top! Le personnel ultra sympathique la chambre propre confortable et l’auberge donnait directement sur la plage ce qui la rendait non seulement pratique mais agréable

Convenient hostel near the harbour
Pros:

I stayed here in the past because of the great location. Good value for money, comfy rooms with AC, nice staff, amazing sunset views even if you're too lazy to go out.

Noise from construction works but can't do much about it

Een gezellig en gastvrij verblijf met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een fijne, rustige sfeer.
Pros:

Onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Ze denken echt met je mee en helpen je overal bij. Bijvoorbeeld met waar je het beste een scooter kunt huren, maar ook met het boeken van activiteiten en uitstapjes. Je kunt eigenlijk met al je vragen bij ze terecht. Echt topservice!

Great view and logistically great location.
Pros:

Amazing view from the first floor. Great location for when you arrive and leave and to move around the island with taxis and boat trips. It also serves as a bar and restaurant and the food is good.

Cons:

It could have been a 10, but when I booked I told them I was allergic to cat's fur. There are three cats living in the hostel and they didn't say anything to me. In the end I was ok, but they should have told me.

Nous le conseillons vivement pour court et longue séjour.
Pros:

Hôtel super bien situé.
Chambre spacieuse.
Accueil maimai était super sympa.
L'espace détente au 1er est très agréable .
Nous avions un peu peur de la localisation directe du pier mais aucune nuisance.

Cons:

Douche à 30cm du lavabo et 80cm des WC.
Si douche sol trempé mais séchage rapide .
