Great potential, but lacking consistency and attention to detail.
Pros:

The location and facilities were great. Some of the staff, especially Dori in the morning and Teo at the spa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in both the restaurant and the café was lovely and very relaxing.

Cons:

There was a noticeable lack of consistency in the way the food was prepared. Unfortunately, the massage experience was also not as expected. The hammam was not working, and the ladies’ changing room was constantly flooded. Although this was reported, nothing appeared to be done about it.

The restaurant staff in the evenings were quite dismissive and not particularly friendly or welcoming. At times, they seemed tired and disengaged, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Overall, it felt as though the hotel lacked proper supervision and would benefit from a strong general manager who is present and attentive to the day-to-day running of the property. Despite having great facilities and a lot of potential, the hotel often felt unsupervised, and this showed in the inconsistency of the service and maintenance.

Le charme absolu en plein centre ville
Pros:

Très beau bâtiment ancien avec beaucoup de charme, la décoration et les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques, tout comme les chambres qui conservent le même charme tout en étant parfaitement équipées et très confortables. Le service est à l’image du reste, agréable et attentionné.

Une vraie perle à Kotçê
Pros:

Très bel emplacement dans Korçë, une ancienne maison de ville avec beaucoup de charme, des chambres confortables e très bien décorées. La terrasse et le restaurant sont également très agréables. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, très accueillant et attentif

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa qui avait l’air très beau également !

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Trés bel hotel avec un spa magnifique. Nous avons pu en profiter au calme🤩.
Le petit dejeuner était somptueux

Cons:

Petite déception pour le diner au restaurant. Les plats ne correspondaient pas tout à fait aux intitulés. Dommage car nous avions choisi des specialités locales qui ont été adaptées pour plaire aux touristes.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a gorgeous spa. Great location, easy to walk into the centre. Stayed in a family room with a king size bed & double sofa bed

Pros:

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour en Albanie et de très loin! Super bel hôtel, petit déjeuner super buffet ou à la carte. Chambre confortable. Piscine et spa très beaux. Restaurant sur place très bon. Bref un sans faute pour cet hôtel.
