Doesn't worth it at all
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and the location was good.

Cons:

The air conditioning doesn't work
Hot water takes 10 minutes to come
Windows don't open, they put my parents in a room without A/C and windows so it was like a prison and very hot. They changed the room but in the other room one of the window was not opening and it had no fridge and hair dryer.

Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de medewerkers. De ligging, op loopafstand van de kathedraal en de big bazaar.
Een kamer die ruim genoeg was.

M.n. de hardheid van de bedden.

Camera pulita

Cons:

Non c’è acqua calda la notte fino alla mattina seguente, solo quando l’hotel lo attiva è disponibile. Il riscaldamento in camera è tramite stufetta quindi la stanza è molto fredda in inverno.

Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

The room was small, uncomfortable. When we entered the room, all the windows were closed, the central heating was at a higher temperature than normal and you could suffocate. The toilet suction did not work, there was no natural ventilation and when we asked the staff to look at it, they did not answer us. Every noise from the adjacent rooms or the corridor could be heard in the room.
