Pros:

Unparalleled view of the bay gorgeous apartment, simply breathtaking!

Cons:

The service was so weird, everybody leaves at 8pm and you are given if you want a bento box kind of breakfast and you are supposed to cook the hot items. No dishwasher in the room so we had to call to get things picked up. Also, they do not offer room cleaning service but if you ask, they will replace your towels. It was such a lovely place but the service was definitely weird. Maybe I would call it more a luxury airbnb.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. But what truly makes this place special is not the building itself – it is the people behind it.

The kindness, warmth, and genuine care shown to me and my daughter made our stay unforgettable. In a world where many luxury hotels focus only on facilities, The Harbor Terrace reminds you that true hospitality comes from human connection. Some of the biggest five-star hotel chains could learn a lot from the attention, sincerity, and personal touch that this wonderful team provides every day.

We absolutely loved every moment spent here. Thank you for making us feel not like guests, but like family. Memories like these stay with you long after the journey ends.

Pros:

We had a very lovely stay at the Harbor Terrace, the room and amenities were relaxing, exactly what we needed after a busy start to our trip. The restaurant had beautiful sunset views and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and Yuhei provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do on the rest of our journey. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Japan.

もう行かないかな
Pros:

花火を見てから伺い時間が遅くなりました。そうするとスタッフの方は愛想が悪く　朝食もお願いしたい旨を伝えても予約ないから無理と素っ気なく　スタッフは20時でいなくなりますから無人ですと言われ
片道25分かかるコンビニに行きました。

Cons:

良かった点は、風呂が広く部屋もそこそこ広かった事、綺麗な雰囲気だったところです。
