I found the staff very cold and not really helpful. The room had a weird smell, and the walls were paper thin to the point where i could hear people snore from the other room. The room offered no amenities such as kettle or iron. There wasn't even a mirror in the room to style yourself before going out. The bed was really low and uncomfortable, and my back still feels it to this day!

Non merita 60€ a notte. La struttura sembra più un dormitorio che un hotel. Colazione molto scarsa. Nel primo giorno ci hanno dato una stanza vecchia e con le molle del materasso di fuori. Ci hanno dato un'altra stanza un po' più moderna ma sempre con materassi ultra morbidi = mal di schiena per 4 giorni che ha influito sul mio soggiorno a Cracovia.
La posizione abbastanza comoda, letti comodi
Un po' troppo rumoroso, si sentono le auto, camion e treni passare, evitare di dormire dalla parte della facciata che da sullo stradone

Hotel schludny, pomimo post-PRLowskiego stylu, ma swój urok. Pokój i łazienka czyste, wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe, dobre śniadanie, miła obsługa i dobra lokalizacja. W tej cenie naprawdę w porządku.
Na minus jedynie słaba wentylacja oraz wygłuszenie pomieszczeń.

Cez Booking sme si rezervovali izbu s manželskou posteľou za 63 € na noc. Po príchode nám však oznámili, že takúto izbu nemajú k dispozícii, a dali nám izbu s dvoma oddelenými posteľami. Hoci táto náhradná izba stála štandardne 53 €, museli sme za ňu zaplatiť pôvodnú sumu 63 €, pretože rezervácia prebehla cez Booking. S takýmto prístupom sme veľmi nespokojní.

Good location close to Schindlers Museum and Jewish Ghetto. Tram stop a few meters away. Good buffet breakfast. Cheap and cheerful.
