Cons:

Na izbe bola plesnivá karafa na vodu, keď som to šla ukázať na recepciu, tak pani síce vybavila novú, ale po ňu som si musela ísť do reštaurácie, kde som ďalších 10 minút čakala kým si ma čašníčky vôbec všimnú, a pritom chodili okolo mňa ako múmie. Odpad v sprchovom kúte nebol čistený od vlasov minimálne 2 mesiace, a tlak vody v sprche 0 bodov. Wifi nešla na izbe vôbec, iba na recepcii. Dvere na izbe búchali do zárubne vždy, keď niekto otvoril dvere na inej izbe. Bolo počuť rozhovory z vedľajších izieb. Prišli sa ubytovať deti zo školy, ktoré celé poobedie robili v celom hoteli hluk, krik, dupot, vyklopkávali na dvere izieb a utekali preč. Keď som sa šla sťažovať na recepciu, recepčná sa len usmievala a tvárila sa že nechápe. Po 22.00 hodine sa ten hluk už nedal vydržať, tak sme si to sami museli riešiť s uciteľským dozorom, keďže na recepcii nik nebol. Druhý deň sme zažili presne to isté. Nechali sme aj informáciu že chceme hovoriť s vedením hotela, no nikto sa nám do odchodu neozval a recepčná bola ešte drzá. Tento hotel vôbec nezodpovedá nie len vybavením, ale ani personálom na 3 hviezdičky. Mal by sa premenovať na penzión a ubytovávať len detské tábory. Človek si chce trochu oddýchnuť a musí riešiť problémy do večera, pričom toto je pracovnou náplňou recepčnej, nie hosťa.!!!
Prešli sme už veľa 3* hotelov, aj penziónov, a nie sme veľmi nároční hostia, ale tento ,, hotel" bola, je a bude úplná katastrofa!!!!

Gdyby nie personel byłoby ok.

Lokalizacja, bezpłatny parking na wydzielonym terenie.

Cons:

Było bardzo zimno, personel w ogóle nie przejął się zwróconą uwagą. Na samym początku otrzymałam nieposprzątany pokój.

El desayuno está bastante completo, pero el hotel está muy viejo. La cama se hunde un poco, la limpieza de la habitación muy bien.

Cogi este hotel porque tenía el Spa y quería ir por la mañana antes de seguir mi viaje hacia Rzeszow. Cuando llegue por la noche le pregunto a la recepcionista a qué hora abre el spa y me dice a las 10h y que no hay que reservar solo dirigirse allí y coger el servicio. Así que decidí coger el tren más tarde, sobre las 14h para aprovechar la mañana en el spa y hacer algún tratamiento. Por la mañana después del desayuno bajo a la recepcion y me dirige el recepcionista hacia el spa y a mí sorpresa estaba reservado para un evento privado de chicas y a nadie se le ocurrió avisarlo en la recepción, poner un cartel que spa va estar reservado para un evento privado. Así que perdí toda la mañana para nada, tuve que esperar el tren que ya había comprado y me trastocaron todos los planes. Muy poco profesional. Una decepción.

Pros:

Lokalita, v blízkosti hezké parky. Pro aktivní lidi je cca 2 km krásné koupaliště z bývalého lomu, v okolí s hezkou přírodou. Blizko obchod Biedronka. Do centra cca 5 km

Cons:

Bydleli jsme v nejvyšším patře, kde nás každý den budili holubi. Při vyšším obsazení hotelu je v některý čas problém s kapacitou snídaně. Vybavení starší, ale dostatečné. Čistota nebyla na 100% (např. pavučiny a vlasy v koupelně).

Insonorisation, bruit de l'ascenseur infernal qui vous réveillait. Hall et salle de restaurant bruyant. Equipement Salle de bain , mobilier de la chambre hors du temps.

Breakfast was quite nice - there were a lot of cottage cheeses and fresh rolls. We enjoyed the free parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room we were in had a spacious bathroom.

Pros:

Lokalita byla klidná, dobrá dostupnost do města, parkování dostupné. Personál byl ochotný a milý. Snídaně byla dobrá.

Cons:

Hotel byl plný a uvnitř bylo vše slyšet, dostali jsme pokoj hned vedle výtahu, takže o to byl větší ruch. Výtah vydává dost hlasité zvuky, které jsou slyšet po celém patře, nikdo se nevyspal. Vybavení našich pokojů neodpovídalo fotografiím, bylo starší a ne úplně v kondici, sprchový kout byl rozbitý, nahrazený závěsem. Wifi téměř nefungovala.
