Personal ging auf individuelle Wünsche ein, auch eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes war problemlos möglich.
Gute Zimmer mit üblichem Standard, die Parkatmosphäre kommt rüber.

Cons:

Eingang zum Parkplatz ist recht schwer zu finden, genau auf die Beschreibung achten und nicht den online-Karten vertrauen.

Pros:

Отличное место нахождения, лучше добираться по канатной дороге или стой сторрны есть лестница, googl карты не показывают верную дорогу, а предлогает прямиком идти через лес. По нравилось что ты в центре и природа рядом,но надо ходить в гору и с горы. Цена качество соответствует. Есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, холодильник, WiFi, полотенце, зубные щетки с пастой, мыло шампунь.

Cons:

Слабый напор воды в душе, но помыться можно 😅 Очень мягкий матрас, но это у всех индивидуально.

Not worth the money
Cons:

The lady at the reception "accidentally" tried to rip me off for 80 lari. There was no heating while still very cold for may (9 degrees C). Old, very thin bedsheets.

I was able to heat the bathroom a little with the hairdryer. Luckily we had warm water though.

Персонал отличный. Местоположение супер.

Cons:

Вода в унитазе не спускалась. Нам ее ‘починили’ но она все равно не работала.
Гости с ресторана поблизости не давали нам спать. Место прекрасное но ресторан близи работал допоздна и музыка была громкая.

Pros:

Несмотря на некоторые негативные отзывы, мы остались довольны. Сняли семейный дом номер 5 на 2 ночи ( конец апреля). Было отопление, горячая вода без перебоев,сушка для полотенца. Все соответствовало описанию и все работало. В доме было чисто, пахло натуральным деревом. Белоснежное постельное, халаты и полотенца. Шума от ресторана не слышали. От отеля можно добраться пешком до храма Баграта и ботанического сада. Сам отель легко можно найти на картах, мы доехали на Яндекс такси без проблем.
Очень хорошая русскоговорящая девочка на ресепшн. На все интересующие нас вопросы ответила. Ей отдельная благодарность:)))

Cons:

Из минусов- парк и фуникулер на этот момент работали до 20.00. Летом, сказали, работает до 22.00. А сам отель находится на холме. Но без проблем можно за совсем недорого доехать на такси, либо, любители пеших прогулок, пешком. Только надо учитывать, что дорога круто идёт на подъем.
