Excelente ubicación en KUTAISI
Pros:

Alquilé por segundo año consecutivo, el anfitrión que se llama IRAKLI es sumamente amable y hospitalario. Realmente me he sentido muy a gusto y lo recomiendo enfáticamente por su calidad, ubicación y gran confort a un costo muy razonable.

Inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of the room by the owner.
Cons:

I had stayed at this accommodation before and was satisfied… but this time, when I arrived at the room, I was informed that I could not stay there because there was no water. Even though we had been in contact throughout the day, they notified me of the problem at the last minute, and I had to find another place late at night after a long day. In my review, I am rating based on what I had seen in the room during my previous stay, since I was unable to stay this time. The owner suggested that I cancel the reservation in order to receive a refund, which I did, and apologized, but the inconvenience I experienced is indescribable.
