Pros:

Great location in the center of Kutaisi, just few meters from bus to airport.
Owner was very kind, we arrived In the morning and he allowed us to leave our things there so that we could go to the city before checking in.
Big kitchen.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival: the photos didn't show the large kitchen or the huge balcony where we ended up dining and enjoying our time.
The rooms are very clean, and the location is great — everything is nearby.
Special mention goes to the host. He offered us tours that were much better and significantly cheaper than anywhere else. They also offer airport and train station pickups. The host isn't trying to profit off tourists not knowing local prices; he genuinely strives to create wonderful memories and showed us a great spot.
We are 100% sure that we will be coming back here again!

Oh, I just remembered one minor downside: there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so water splashed

It looks like a beautiful place, but unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to stay there.

Cons:

You arrive, and there is nowhere to stay. The room is either occupied by someone else or there is some other unclear situation. They ask you to cancel the reservation and find alternative accommodation nearby yourself.

A big thank you to Booking.com customer support for quickly finding us a replacement.

Świetna lokalizacja, pokój wystarczający na noc transferową. Łazienka trochę pozostawiała do życzenia, ale nie ma co się czepiać za taką cenę. Miły właściciel zapewnił nam również transport z lotniska za śmieszne pieniądze.

Lokalizacja 📍 i pomocny personel. Ps super jest to że jak siedzisz na kibelku to możesz brać prysznic 😉 jednocześnie.

Cons:

Braliśmy dwa pokoje, w jednym prysznic był straszny bo woda lała się wszędzie oprócz słuchawki.
