Pros:

Готель в який хочеться повернутися ! Оазис ! Красиво , затишно , ресторан на вищому рівні , персонал дбайливий і уважний ! Басейн теплий ! Вечері дуже вишукані , особливо десерти . Поряд багато стежок для прогулянок . Зручна локація .

Disappointing
Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience and misleading information. The hotel advertises a shuttle service that simply isn't provided. The rooms feel more like a cheap guesthouse than a resort; the mattresses are paper-thin, outdated, and squeaky. This is far from hotel quality, let alone a spa hotel. Charging such insane prices for this level of quality is completely unacceptable

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e curata, fino al minimo dettaglio. La camera molto spaziosa, unico difetto il tablet che non ha mai funzionato se non la prima sera, la piscina esterna molto rilassante e calda al punto giusto, da apprezzare la gentilezza dello staff che viene direttamente alla sdraio a chiedere se si vuole qualcosa.
All’accoglienza viene fornita una cartelletta con dentro vari depliant informativi, ma purtroppo non vengono spiegati.
Il ristorante è molto bello e curato e il personale molto preparato, forse troppo impostato sul fine dining, avremmo gradito di più i cibi del territorio.
La colazione molto molto scarsa.
La SPA è pulita e molto accogliente, il massaggio eseguito non è stato niente di speciale. Inoltre, all’arrivo non viene quasi menzionata e non viene spiegato molto a riguardo.
Nota molto dolente, la sveglia tutte le mattine alle nove a causa del personale che svolgeva le pulizie che, non solo chiacchierava ad alta voce, ma anche il materiale usato veniva ripetutamente sbattuto, comprese anche le porte.
Aggiungerei qualche prodotto all’interno del bagno (shampoo, balsamo e bagno schiuma divisi magari e non un solo shampoo-mix bagnoschiuma).
Posizione comodissima, infatti eviterei di includere la cena e proverei ristoranti locali con cibo locale.
Comodo anche il parcheggio, come anche il letto e i cuscini (quelli che abbiamo chiesto in più specialmente).
Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino offerta al check out.
Nel complesso, un buon posto soprattutto molto curato, ma con qualche piccola cosa da migliorare.

Oasi di relax per un weekend
Pros:

Hotel stupendo, tutto curato ai minimi dettagli, dalla spa, alla ristorazione a qualsiasi cosa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Tutte le sere abbiamo cenato presso l'hotel ed era tutto buonissimo.

Cons:

Valuto leggermente cari i servizi extra quali mezza pensione considerato il buffet di antipasti/verdure e un secondo, e i prezzi dei coocktail. per il resto tutto perfetto

I LETTI NON ERANO COMODI, lenzuola scivolose! meglio utilizzare quelle di cotone!
NEL FRIGOBAR BISOGNA METTERE I PREZZI DELLE BIBITE!
Dal momento che colazione e cena sono incluse va specificato che a cena anche l'acqua si paga, davo per scontato che fosse inclusa!

Absolut empfehlenswert – hervorragender Service.
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel Fayn verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Housekeeping. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tutto meraviglioso, sono rimasta affascinata dalla location e in particolare dal giardino per quanto è curato, con una piscina moderna all’interno e una vista dal ristorante veramente rilassante. Atmosfera che ti fa sentire in pace, un’oasi davvero unica. Personale della struttura gentile disponibile e attento ad ogni dettaglio. Cucina di alto livello, sia a colazione sia a cena. Tornerò sicuramente!
