Отличное удобное расположение, номер просторный, с шикарным видом на горы. Номер убирали каждый день

Undisclosed €40 charge and poor price transparency

We entered two adults, one child, and one infant when making the booking. Booking.com showed a total price of €198.45 and listed only the €8.70 tourist tax as payable at the property.

However, during our stay, the property charged us an additional €40 for bed linen for our older child. This charge was never shown in the reservation price, the confirmation, or any message before our arrival.

The property also charged €10 for a baby crib. To be fair, the €10 crib fee was communicated in advance, so my main complaint is the completely undisclosed €40 linen charge.

Basic bedding should not appear as a surprise expense after a family has already arrived. The final price was not transparent, and the experience felt unfair and very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Balkon mit tollem Ausblick.
Gutes Frühstück.
Das Angeschlossene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen zum Abendessen, aber auch tagsüber für ein Getränk.
Parkhaus.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Wir waren im Hochsommer da und das Zimmer in Südausrichtung; nachts das Fenster zu öffnen war notwendig; leider aber viele Motorräder und die Kirche, die den Schlaf störten.

Fin beliggenhed med flot udsigt over bjergene. Servicerende personale.

Cons:

Kirkeklokkerne der ringede hvert kvarter og ringede rigtig meget kl.06.00. Men det er jo ikke hotellets skyld.

Great hotel to explore the Dolomites
Pros:

Beautiful view on several peaks of the Dolomites
Very friendly people
Delicious schnitzel for a very fair price!
Breakfast room has a beautiful view, wide selection of fresh products.

Cons:

No airconditioning in the room - in case of extreme heat this might become a problem
Church nearby is really loud and beats already at 6 in the morning. Nothing wrong with that, but annoying if you do not know it.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal stets freundlich. Der Service hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen, der Cappuccino und die Getränke im Restaurant hatten ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Ab und zu die Lautstärke der Straße. ( Die Dorfjugend auf ihren sehr lauten Mopeds😜) Sobald die Fenster und die Rollläden geschlossen waren, hat man nichts mehr gehört.
