Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir kamen erst kurz nach 20 Uhr an und die Mitarbeiterin blieb extra länger und war trotzdem sehr entspannt und freundlich. Auch der restliche Service war ausnahmslos supernett und zuvorkommend. Selten so ein entspanntes Hotel erlebt. Auch mit unserem Hund waren wir überall willkommen. Alle Hundebesitzer waren rücksichtsvoll und so war es ein echt angenehm für alle Gäste. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, stressfreiester Aufenthalt ever.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich.

Una piacevolissima e rilassante sorpresa !!
Pros:

Ero in viaggio di lavoro, per cui avevo bisogno di un hotel vicino alla strada principale.
Esternamente una bella struttura tradizionale anno ‘60, tenuta molto bene e curata.
All’interno tutti i locali sono stati ristrutturati con molta cura dando vita ad un ambiente super accogliente mantenendo un occhio alla tradizione

Kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Dorfmitte.
Tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf die Zugspitze.
Ebenso toll die Dachterasse, mit Liegestühlen, SB Kühlschrank und netter Gag: ein Fernglas! Auf die man aber nur über den Wellness Bereich kommt (darf man da mit Straßenklamotten und Hund durch?)
Super leckeres Frühstück, alles unverpackt, ohne Müll!
Ganz liebe hilfsbereite Frühstücksbedienung.
Zimmer war geräumig, groß, sehr sauber. Sehr bequeme große Betten.
Kleiner Wellnessbereich, aus Zeitmangel leider nur 1x kurz zum Planschen im Pool genutzt.
Hotel ist gemütlich, stilvoll eingerichtet.
Gemütliche Stube/Lounge mit SB Kühlschrank wo man bequem alles aufs Zimmer schreibt.
Nettes Restaurant.

Cons:

Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau, dennoch ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht so gefielen. Zimmer war recht dunkel, kein großes Licht.
Tresor war auf dem Boden.
Das alte, fast antike, schwergängige Sideboard im Zimmer.
Parksituation manchmal herausfordernd (links rückwärts seitwärts am Berg mit Handbremse einparken sollte Frau beherrschen).
Duschen im Wellnessbereich sind bissle auf dem Präsentierteller.
Nur Kartenzahlung im Restaurant.
Ein Schlüsseltresor für späteren Check in wäre cool, da Rezeption nur bis 18 Uhr belegt ist, und die Anreise mit Fernpass Stau zu einer telefonischen Standleitung mit selbiger führte.

Die Freundlichkeit beim Ankommen.

Cons:

Es gibt bei der Einstufung des Hotels nichts Negatives.
Es ist kein Urlaubshotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Bestens geeignet als Zwischenstopp vor oder nach dem Fernpass

Pros:

Wat een prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie! We hadden een ruime, zeer schone en sfeervol ingerichte kamer met een prachtig uitzicht. De wellness is heerlijk en de rooftop met uitzicht over de bergen is echt een pluspunt. Ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg goed. Het restaurant is fantastisch, we hebben er 3 avonden gegeten. Het personeel was overwegend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een sfeervol hotel waar we ons erg prettig hebben gevoeld en zeker nog eens terug zouden komen.

Cons:

Een klein minpuntje was de topper op het bed in kamer 21: deze was kleiner dan het onderliggende matras, waardoor hij niet helemaal prettig lag en we daardoor wat minder goed hebben geslapen.
Het reserveren van een tafel in het restaurant verliep soms wat moeizaam qua beschikbare tijden. We vonden dit wat lastig te begrijpen, omdat het restaurant tijdens ons verblijf niet volledig bezet leek.
