Pros:

Die gute Lage, um von dort aus zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer im Souterrain, was bei Buchung so überhaupt nicht ausgewiesen war. Noch schlimmer war, dass das Fenster zum Parkplatz des Hotel rausging und sich direkt auf Höhe der dortigen Sitz/Raucherecke befand. Man konnte quasi weder das Fenster, noch die Vorhänge offen lassen. Außer man möchte gerne von fremden Menschen beim Schlafen oder Umziehen beobachtet werden. Wir haben diesen Punkt beim Check-Out angebracht, woraufhin uns gesagt wurde, wir hätten bei der Buchung angeben müssen kein Zimmer im Souterrain haben zu wollen. Meines Erachtens ist seitens des Hotels darauf hinzuweisen. Von der Dame an der Rezeption kam keinerlei Verständnis. Im Gegenteil, sie behauptete, dass viele Gäste gerade diese Zimmer schätzen würden, was aus oben genannten Gesichtspunkten eher unwahrscheinlich scheint. In meinen Augen müsste die Vergabe eines solchen Zimmers zu einer deutlichen Preissenkung führen. Es ärgert uns, dass wir den gleichen Preis gezahlt haben, wie für ein Zimmer bei welchem man nicht solche Einschränkungen in der Privatsphäre hinnehmen muss. Des Weiteren gab es im Bad zwar eine Lüftung, allerdings läuft diese nur wenn das Licht anbleibt. Und die Leistung der Lüftung ist sehr zweifelhaft. Ganz im Allgemeinen ist die Ausstattung des Hotels sehr abgewohnt und bedürfte einer Renovierung. Auch sind nur sehr wenige Steckdosen vorhanden, beispielsweise nur auf einer Seite des Bettes. Um weitere Steckdosen zu finden, muss man im Zimmer suchen gehen.

Pros:

食事が手作り品が多くおいしい。コーヒーとウェルカムクッキーが無料でおいしい。従業員さんが皆さん親切。駅が目の前。部屋がきれい。

War für 2 Nächte okay. Für die Bedienung des TV muss man wohl studiert haben. Es ließ sich noch nicht mal leiser stellen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstück war okay. Wir hatten das Karl-Marx Zimmer, echt historisch mit originalen Möbeln, toll.
Fenster leider zu Straße, etwas laut durch die Straßenbahn, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Das Bett war sehr gut.
Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Jedna noc w Lipsku.
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny, mały hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji. Przy samej stacji S i U Bahn oraz przystanku tramwajowego.
Zadbany, czysty, z parkingiem.
Śniadanie z dobrej jakości produktów i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
