A clean, safe place to stay in.
Pros:

Everything was as described and appeared on the website. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I felt very safe and could easily go everywhere. If you're coming for travel, it's far from the center, but you can easily get everywhere by public transport anyway.

Cons:

Everything was great, only the walls were very thin, I think, because I could hear my friend in the next room talking and sleeping. Also, I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password.

Ottima scelta
Pros:

Avevo necessità di un hotel vicino all'università di Lubeck ed é per questo che ho scelto Hotel Ideal. Comodo all'università, ben collegato con i mezzi anche per il centro città. La stanza era molto pulita e ordinata (pulizia ogni giorno), dotata dell'essenziale. Processo di self check-in semplice e rapido.

Im Hotel Ideal war nicht alles ideal
Pros:

- Lage: Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel mit Verbindungen ins Zentrum
- Zimmer: relativ groß und trotz Ausrichtung zur Straßenseite ruhig
- Self-Check-In: Technisch alles funktioniert
- Preis: Für kurzfristig gebuchtes Hotel in Lübeck recht günstig (hatte speziellen Last-Minute-Preis)

Cons:

- Zimmer hatte technische Mängel: Badlüfter defekt (Bad hat auch kein Fenster), bei geöffnetem Stöpsel fließt aus Waschbecken Wasser zu langsam ab, Fenster klemmt und evtl. wenn geschlossen nicht ganz dicht, mit Fernseher können nicht alle deutschen Programme empfangen werden
- im Bad kein Duschgel / Shampoo vorhanden (selber mitbringen empfehlenswert)
- Atmosphäre: Vor Ort kein persönlicher Kontakt zu Personal, außer Zimmermädchen (Fand ich etwas unpersönlich, ist aber subjektiv)
- Frühstück: Ich wusste zwar vor der Buchung, dass das Hotel kein Frühstück mehr anbietet, doch zum Buchungszeitraum (Juni 2026) waren noch Fotos vom Frühstücksbuffet in der Hotelbeschreibung, was etwas irritierend wirkt
- ACHTUNG UNFALLGEFAHR (Stand 09. - 13.06.2026): Soll keine Kritik am Hotel sein, weil ich nicht weiß, ob dafür das Hotel oder die Stadtverwaltung zuständig ist. Vor dem Eingangsbereich des Hotels im Freien war eine Abflussrinne locker (siehe Fotos) und es bestand Stolper- / Verletzungsgefahr (Wäre fast darüber gestolpert).

Gute Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Lübeck
Pros:

Die Lage zur Innenstadt sowie die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, trotz Sperrungen durch Baumaßnahmen im Straßenverkehr.

Super ist es auch mit dem Self-Checkin gelöst, so dass eine spätere Anreise kein Problem ist.

Da es derzeit keine Frühstücksoption mehr im Hotel gibt, ist die Nähe zum Bäcker und Supermärkten top.
Sonntags kann man sich bei der gegenüberliegenden Tankstelle Kaffee kaufen.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, auch die Zimmerbeleuchtung sehr gut.
(oft hatte ich Hotelzimmer, die nur Sparbeleuchtung als Deckenbeleuchtung hatten = hätte man auch ne' Kerze nehmen können)

Das Bad ist auch groß genug mit Seife am Waschbecken.
Andere Pflegeprodukte sind nicht vorhanden.

Es gibt eine Kofferablage sowie einen ausreichend großen Kleiderschrank.

Cons:

Leider halten sich nicht alle Gäste an die Auflage des Rauchverbotes, so dass es bei meiner Ankunft für mich unangenehm roch.
Es wäre mit Frühstück schöner gewesen/ aber wie ich von einer Mitarbeiterin erfuhr, derzeit nicht möglich.

A quiet room for a short stay in Lübeck
Pros:

A small hotel, fine for a one-night stay in Lübeck. Minimum comfort but quiet, clean, easy to find and check in (key lockers, no personnel in the building). Good shower, has a TV.

Cons:

The price could be a bit lower, 65-75 Euro. And a bottle of a shower gel would be lovely to have.

Номер полностью соответствует фото. Перед заездом я получила сообщение с подробной инструкцией где взять ключ и как зайти. Всё оказалось очень просто. Номер чистый. На след.день в номере убрали ( нас не было в это время). Окно выходило на центральную улицу, но с закрытым окном было достаточно тихо
Полностью соответствует ожиданиям.

В комнате не было стаканов для питья.

Super günstig und sauber.
Pros:

Für einen sehr günstigen Preis ein sauberes Zimmer und ein sauberes Bad. Einchecken total einfach mit einem zugesendeten Code für die Außentür und einem für die Schlüsselbox.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles gut. Leider wurde die Straße gerade neu gemacht . Und was die Rückgabe der Schlüssel bei Abreise betrifft, gab es eine Mail "im Zimmer liegen lassen" und eine "zurück in die Box", und im Flur war ein Zettel " Schlüssel hier auf den Schrank legen". Lustig. Wir nahmen A.
