Pros:

The room was very spacious, comfortable and value for money. Subham who was the Host treated us so good and helped us with every request. Definitely a recommendation.

Great Boutique Hotel in Mandrem Goa
Pros:

La Vera was really excellent. We stayed for two weeks. Beautifully clean rooms, very good beds and decent pillows. The pool is super clean as well. They clean rooms daily if you wish and supply large water bottles daily which is great for travellers wary of unfiltered water. Walking distance to the Mandrem Village with ATM, Supermarkets, Wine Shops and eateries and fruit shops. Cute little village too. Scooters can be arranged as well ( recommended )and its a short ride to the beachfront and walking distance to restaurants and a gym. Very nice views from our upper level and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Also great value here as well. Highly recommended. Special thanks to all the staff, especially Rakesh, Shubham and Shubhash but all the friendly staff as well.

Pros:

I stayed at La Vera for 3 days. It was a wonderful property. Very pleasant. Property managers are very helpful and respectful. It is nearby Ashwem beach which is like about a kilometre away. I didn't order food so I can't comment on that but otherwise everything is great.

Also if you're coming to Goa for the first time, Mandrem is the calmer, quieter side of North Goa. If you're looking for peace and serenity, book away, though this will be a bit away from every touristy place, that will be the only downside I guess, but rest everything is wonderful.

Pros:

We had a really wonderful stay at La Vera. The property was comfortable, well maintained, and made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay and were always happy to assist whenever needed.

Overall, a lovely experience and we’d definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in North Goa!

Everything that this facility has to offer. Polite staff, nice breakfast that too included, quick service

Cons:

Hot water was a bit irregular, and we booked the room for 3 people but the bed was a bit smaller compared to the size needed

Great budget stay!
Pros:

The stay is close to Mandrem and Ashwem beaches. The food is good here, and the restaurants are within 1km range. The staff is amazing - Karan, Subham, Rakesh: a big thanks to you guys for accommodating all our requests.

Cons:

There's nothing as such that we didn't like. Just that if you can make the fruit options available from the menu, and fix the plug points (which are a little loose), that would be great.
