es wer definitiv nicht unser letzer aufenthalt

Tutto super perfetto!
Pros:

Il personale è sempre sorridente e ti fa sentire a casa, oltre che gentile. La pulizia è ottima, la sostituzione degli asciugamani avviene ogni giorno. All'arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito della stanza (quella con piscina riservata) e devo ammettere che è spettacolare. La colazione è la classica continentale con qualche cosa di dolce ma che prevale è sicuramente la scelta salata.
La cena non l'abbiamo mai provata.

Cons:

Forse una colazione più varia, ma solamente ad essere pignoli!

Pros:

The pool is excellent, and the garden is beautiful. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. There is an all-you-can-eat dinner option for €20 per person. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a supermarket conveniently located nearby.

Cons:

The rooms could use some renovation. The breakfast could offer a wider selection of sweet pastries and more fresh fruit.

Wunderschöne Anlage, aber Zimmer verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Essen (insbesondere Frühstück), Ambiente, Pool, Lage und ein sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Klimaanlage war etwas schwach. Ideal wären zwei Bettdecken für das Zweierzimmer. Toilettentür konnte nicht geschlossen werden.

Krásny hotel, pekná lokalita, od letiska ste cca za 15 minút v hoteli. Milý taxikári a tak tiež obsluha v hoteli.
Dobre ranajky. Každý deň vám prídu upratať, izbu v hoteli sa dá pekne vyklimovať…
Celkový zážitok je pozitívny.

Cons:

Možno by treba bolo skontrolovať sieťky proti hmyzu na izbe sme mali poškodené. Obnovit sprchovaci kut. Tak isto obnoviť výbavu pre Ping-pong.

Lovely hotel and staff!
Pros:

We were upgraded to the recently opened adults only complex and it was fantastic. Spacious comfortable rooms, immaculately clean and a lovely swim up pool with your own private sunbeds.

Cons:

One minor thing - we only had one pillow each and it was quite big/thick whereas I prefer a thinner flatter pillow so would’ve liked to have had two pillows so you had the option depending on your preference.

Моя оценка 3 с большим минусом. Не приветливый персонал ,особенно ресепшен, грязная «уборка»!
Pros:

Добрый день, понравилось:зона бассейна,расположение отеля к пляжу.

Cons:

1) уборка номера ужасная ,несмотря на чаевые и мою чистоплотность ,персонал умудрялась размазать грязь по полу и оставить грязный и мыльный пол,не протирая даже зону балкона,поэтому я минимизировала ее приход!!! 2) персонал на ресепшене и на завтраке не приветлив и постоянно угрюм,было ощущение что они делают одолжение ,и скажи спасибо что тебя впустили на их территорию,это очень не приятно было с первых дней. 3) интернета не было 5 дней из 7,большой минус!!! ,и никто не пытался что то исправить!
4) завтрак однообразный ,кофе не вкусный и без запаха совершенно,и персонал постоянно блуждающий по залу и террасе во время еды как акулы это очень раздражало,и когда я не доела свои 2 шт кекса взяла что бы съесть по дороге ,меня догнали и начали вычитывать вслух ,это не допустимо!!! Я не взяла пакет и все такое,это были 2 малеких кусочка моего надкусанного кекса,это смешно и странно. Возможно персоналу нужно объяснить что так нельзя себя вести с гостями ,которые заплатили больше 1 т евро за посещение вашего отеля.,поучать их за кекс. Я много путешествовала и ни в одном отеле ,я не видела такого,деже когда родители берут детям какой то банан или яблоко,это вполне приемлемо,не приемлемое поведение персонала в зоне завтрака.

Nice for families
Pros:

Location was practical close to town and Tigkaki. The facilities especially with a small kid were very good. The facilities were clean. Breakfast buffet could be more rich but in general was good.

Környezet gondosan karbantartott. Tisztaság a szálloda egész területén, Kellemes környezet a medencével.

Pros:

Tutto! La struttura è pulita e praticamente nuova. Camere spaziose e pulite. Buffet colazione vario e abbondante.
Per chi ha volo tardi, c'è la possibilità di usare la piscina e bagni con docce.
Tutto ok!

Pros:

I ragazzi della reception assolutamente professionali ed empatici. Piscina fantastica, calda, pulita e capiente. Numero lettini a bordo piscina più che adeguato. Camere ampie, pulite e funzionali. Letti molto comodi. Siamo stati molto bene!!!

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile (il caffè per noi italiani non di livello) e un po' monotona...in caso di soggiorni prolumlngati sono sempre le solite cose... però tutto sommato sono aspetti secondari.
