Foi tudo perfeito: relação preço/qualidade excelentes, comida muito boa, e todo o staff muito simpático e prestável! Perfeito para descansar, mas muito bem localizado numa praia extensa e bonita, e com acesso a diversas actividades. Repetia! Recomendo totalmente!

Tolles charmantes Hotel

Nous avons dormi dans plusieurs endroits de l’île, et clairement la Villa Unawesa était notre endroit préféré ! Le personnel était incroyablement gentil, l’hôtel très bien situé (à côté de la plage), nous avons très bien mangé (le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux!), les chambres et le lieux sont très beaux, bref un petit paradis !

Les repas sont délicieux, le cours de yoga est une belle surprise. Souplesse et arrangement très agréable offert suite à une confusion dans la réservation . Merci encore et à une autre fois!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and all our needs were attended to. Our bags were carried into our room as we had a welcome drink. After a full day of traveling, the air-conditioning wasn’t working. We mentioned it to the manager who had it attended to immediately while we ate dinner. Done. The grounds were super well maintained, it was private, quiet, lush with bougainvilleas blooming everywhere. The pool was regularly attended to, the staff was continually hospitable when we asked any questions or mentioned any needs. The villa itself feels like you are in paradise. The rooms are all decorated in neutrals, wood decor and beautiful cotton sheets on the beds. (It’s as good as the pictures look.) The breakfast is delicious and we ate several evening meals at the.B.V.U. They were tasty and fresh!
The staff were amazing! And seemed genuinely happy as they did their jobs. When it was time to rest or read, the common areas are quiet and inviting. It’s just a beautiful spot.
We were able to rent a scooter for a couple of days and a car right from the front desk. Reception took care of it all.
Both the owner, and the Manager, (Anna), were attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. It was near a perfect vacation.

Amazing accommodation! Beautiful rooms and surroundings, fantastic atmosphere. The owner and reception staff were very attentive and always on hand to help with anything and everthing. We had the most relaxing time here. The restaurant on site serves delicious dinners at a decent price too!

Alojamiento tranquilo cuidan cada detalle y desayuno riquísimo

Wundervoller Platz auf Sansibar! Anna und ihr Team waren alle sehr herzlich und haben immer alles möglich gemacht, damit wir tolle Tage auf Sansibar hatten. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig sowie sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ebenfalls wunderbar, sehr ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Es gab sogar Fahrräder, Billard und Liegen am Strand, die man nutzen konnte.

The property manager Ana was very helpful and took care of every single need of ours. She even arranged a personalised tour of the things we wanted to do in nungwi and kendwa. This is a very quiet and peaceful property away from all the noise.

I liked everything. Agnieszka and her stuff are so nice and kind. They helped us with the moto, the resort is so clean, quiet, private, really nice, loved it. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Boutique Villa Unaweza. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. With only a limited number of rooms, the villa has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The personal service and attention to detail really stand out.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast is especially worth mentioning—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day.
There’s also plenty to do. You can easily rent bicycles or a scooter to explore the island, or simply spend the day relaxing by the beautiful pool. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, especially compared to busier areas like Nungwi. For anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of Zanzibar, it’s the perfect place.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Boutique Villa Unaweza to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Obiekt cudowny, bardzo zadbany, z przesympatyczną obsługą i właścicielkami. Pokoje na najwyższym poziomie, ogromna czystość i dbałość o każdy detal. Obsługa dbała o to, abyśmy czuli się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Niesamowity klimat , przepiękna roślinność, miejsce stworzone z miłości. Jedzenie przepyszne, byliśmy zachwyceni. Na pewno wrócimy, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Mieliśmy okazję pozwiedzać inne hotele w Matemwe, Unaweza to miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić, plaża przepiękna, i tylko kilka kroków do niej. Wszytsko było jak w bajce, bardzo polecamy ten hotel, przerósł nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem.

Bardzo miło wspominamy nasz pobyt w Villa Unaweza. Cisza, spokój, pełen relaks, bardzo miły personel, można poczuć afrykański klimat, pyszne jedzenie. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani.
