We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Boutique Villa Unaweza. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. With only a limited number of rooms, the villa has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The personal service and attention to detail really stand out.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast is especially worth mentioning—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day.
There’s also plenty to do. You can easily rent bicycles or a scooter to explore the island, or simply spend the day relaxing by the beautiful pool. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, especially compared to busier areas like Nungwi. For anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of Zanzibar, it’s the perfect place.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Boutique Villa Unaweza to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Obiekt cudowny, bardzo zadbany, z przesympatyczną obsługą i właścicielkami. Pokoje na najwyższym poziomie, ogromna czystość i dbałość o każdy detal. Obsługa dbała o to, abyśmy czuli się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Niesamowity klimat , przepiękna roślinność, miejsce stworzone z miłości. Jedzenie przepyszne, byliśmy zachwyceni. Na pewno wrócimy, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Mieliśmy okazję pozwiedzać inne hotele w Matemwe, Unaweza to miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić, plaża przepiękna, i tylko kilka kroków do niej. Wszytsko było jak w bajce, bardzo polecamy ten hotel, przerósł nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem.

Bardzo miło wspominamy nasz pobyt w Villa Unaweza. Cisza, spokój, pełen relaks, bardzo miły personel, można poczuć afrykański klimat, pyszne jedzenie. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani.

Very close to the beach, lovely staff, was able to have a late checkout upon request. Everything was clean, food was delicious from the restaurant, would definitely recommend to others

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Unaweze and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax in Zanzibar.

The villa is beautifully designed, spacious, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is calm and the gardens are lovely, making it easy to unwind. The beach is just a short walk away and is perfect for long walks, especially at low tide.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we also enjoyed the quality of the meals served during our stay.

Petite structure récente, , stil "resort", verdoyant, tout est élégant, les chambres simples, mais décorées avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Les deux gérantes polonaises souriantes, très à l'écoute, étaitent au petit soin avec nous. Une passerelle mêne directement à une plage magnifique et peu fréquentée. A recommander d'urgence!

Comfortable, clean, restaurant was excellent, staff were friendly. Close to beach and some good local restaurants as well.

A beautiful, wide beach, breathtaking views, and the fascinating ocean life that can be observed during low tide. During low tide, you can not only admire the incredible marine life but also watch the daily work of local people, which makes the place feel even more authentic and real.
One of the greatest assets of this place are the people. The owners and the entire staff create a wonderful atmosphere – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about their guests’ comfort. Thanks to them, you don’t feel like you are staying in just another beautiful hotel, but in a place created with heart.

Es hat uns rundum alles sehr gut gefallen. Die süße Anlage ist eine kleine Oase.Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer entspannen möchte,ist hier richtig.

Le lieu est un véritable cocon niché dans la nature et d’un très bon confort, avec une grande tranquillité et des bungalows agencés avec beaucoup de goût.

Przepiękne miejsce z tropikalnym bajecznym ogrodem, przestronnymi pokojami, dużym basenem. Wszystko urządzone ze smakiem. Blisko szerokiej plaży. Personel był bardzo przyjazny. Kuchnia wyśmienita.

So happy we found this little sanctuary — it was definitely my favourite stop on our road trip through Zanzibar.

The staff are sincere and friendly. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel: this is a place where I can truly relax.
