Pros:

Nádherný výhled z pokoje.
Krásná přírodní lokalita s možností procházek, sportování.

Cons:

Snídaně - po příchodu do restaurace náš čekalo překvapení, na stole přebrané jídlo, číšník nám nabídl "tureckou" snídani. Raději jsme se šili najíst jinam.
Navečer již recepce bez personálu. Těžko jsme hledali pomoc, když nám např. nesvítilo světlo v relaxační zoně (vířivka atd.).
Sanuna nefungovala vůbec.
Velmi malá koupelna (sprch. kout + WC).
V pokojích se neuklízelo.

Природата е невероятно красива около езерото.
Момичетата на рецепция бяха много внимателни.
Хотела има нужда от основна подръжка.

Cons:

Хотела е хубав,но си личи че не е много подържан.
Стаята беше много малка и тясна.
За една нощувка става.
Двама човека трудно се събират в стаята,ако имаш багаж и трябва да изкараш няколко дни е доста тясно и не е удобно.

The room was preary clean, warm and cozy.

Cons:

The staff in the restaurant was not so pleasant. When I went there for dinner, despite the receptionist told me that I can have dinner the waiter was rude that I showed up. The table where I was seated was not clean, they didn't get me a menu, the waiter recited the dinner menu to me. All in all i didn't like the way they treated me in the restaurant.

Pros:

the location next to the ski lift is the only reason to go there. Breakfast is ok, funny the whole cans of tuna on offer

Cons:

Apart from not having been aware of my reservation with booking.com and the reception hardly ever occupied, the room reminds of a student dormitory: so small the cupboard cant be opened; similar in the bathroom where the mirror cupboard cant be opened without taking the hairdryer off the hook. Once open you want to immediately close it again as the inside is dirty with dead insects. The rest of the room isn't exactly clean either. Rooms are not made up during your stay.
