Very warm. Spacious room. Breakfast was lovely.
It was a great location. Its within walking distance to the town centre and hot pools.

Lovely stuff, the room was clean and cozy, and the restaurant served us some pretty amazing dishes. The view right outside the hotel is also amazing. Bonus point for Walter the cat, very soft and behaved boy 💕
Was just looking for a simple room, but chanced upon a place with breakfast and an awesome restaurant.
The open fire gave a very cosy alpine lodge feel. Very impressed. Great staff too.

I thought the continental breakfast was really substantial, delicious, everything and more to start a full day. Presentation and restaurant was picture perfect.
We loved the lounge / common area. Being able to watch TV with a cup of tea or coffee when ever was awesome. Good range of books, board games and a pool table too. Breakfast was outstanding, very impressed that it was included in our stay - open fire place during breakfast was wonderful.

The bathroom needs much more space for 'putting things'. The TV 9not that we were there for that was too small too far away from the bed!

The staff were lovely, and the accommodation is within walking distance of Ōpuke. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the fireplace created such a beautiful, cosy atmosphere. We stayed during the off-peak season, but could easily see how busy and popular this place would be during ski season.
The Staff at Ski time were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
