Very comfortable but two nights is enough.
Pros:

Nice room, refreshed everyday. The staff very good, and the food was good.

Cons:

The price of a beer, WiFi was a bit hit & miss, but main issue is the location for me. It’s in a lovely spot but nowhere to go within walking distance, a stroll would consist of walking up the road then back again.

2nd time I’ve stayed at the Berkshire Arms. Lovely setting and comfortable clean rooms. , comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location as I was at the nearby Medicine Festival just a 5 min drive away

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t great, but apart from that was a lovely stay

Pros:

Groot hotel met mooie kamers. Het restaurant is prima en het terras is ook super. Een ventilator is standaard in de kamer aanwezig en dat is met het warme weer fijn.

Cons:

Alles was prima, er ontbrak alleen een plek om een fiets afgesloten te stallen.

Great pub- updated rooms.
Pros:

Loved the pub attached to the inn. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The bar keep was talkative and fun. The food was good. Great seating. The hotel itself was cozy. Rooms had everything you could need. Beds very very comfortable.

Cons:

While the staff was nice, they were not overly friendly. Sometimes felt like I was doing them a favor by being there.

Lovely place but be aware of what rooms you book in hot weather
Pros:

The building has beautiful features,lovely decor, nice outside area and plenty of parking. The bedrooms are decorated lovely and bathrooms feel luxury with dark green/victorian style showers , nice big towels and daily cleaners.

Cons:

The building opposite where bedrooms are , when the weather is hot avoid staying there. Omg it was UNBEARABLE..The building was boiling.. No air con just a fan that blew hot air. ALL windows have ridiculous locks on so you can only open them an inch.. No fridge so couldn't keep drinks cold. Rooms are large enough. They need to invest in air con. Honestly I've NEVER not slept in a hotel due to heat , it really did effect us which is a shame.
Prices of food is expensive and you don't get alot.. Breakfast looked nice but sausages awful, mushrooms cold, bit of a let down.
Our friends stayed in the reception block, their room was lovely and cool. So book there .
