Great apartment, family friendly
Pros:

It's in the town center, and the lake is easy to reach. It's very central if you also want to take the cable car. The staff was welcoming and wonderful, and they are very family- and child-oriented.

Cons:

The apartment was on two floors. But the main-floor bathroom had a hard-to-access bathtub.

Eine echte Wohlfühladresse
Pros:

Wir haben uns in den zwei Tagen im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt und wunderbar entspannt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen und herzlichen Mitarbeiter. Sie versuchen wirklich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, und was uns besonders beeindruckt hat: Mit Kritikpunkten wird ausgesprochen professionell und lösungsorientiert umgegangen. Uns wurden bei einem Anliegen sofort Lösungen angeboten – so etwas haben wir in Hotels bisher nur selten erlebt.
Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Dolomiten ist einfach herrlich! Die Sauna ist zwar klein, aber fein, und auch ein Indoorpool gehört zum Wellnessbereich. Zu unserer Freude konnten wir sogar kurzfristig noch Wellnessanwendungen buchen.

Im Hotel gibt es ein umfangreiches Angebot für unterschiedliche Altersgruppen, sodass bestimmt keine Langeweile aufkommt. Sehr hilfreich fanden wir auch die gute und persönliche Beratung, wenn es darum ging, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist für uns definitiv das Essen. Die Küche ist lecker, hochwertig und orientiert sich wunderbar an den regionalen Spezialitäten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns darüber, dass auch Wildgerichte auf der Speisekarte standen. Dazu gab es leckere Weine aus der Region – für uns eine perfekte Ergänzung.
Nach nur zwei Tagen haben wir gemerkt, wie gut uns die Zeit hiergetan hat. Wir sind völlig entspannt und mit vielen schönen Eindrücken nach Hause gefahren.
Ein Hotel, in dem Herzlichkeit, Genuss und Erholung wirklich zusammenpassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Krásný prostorný apartmán vzdálený pár kroků od hotelu. Skvělé snídaně, bazén (pozor, je potřeba plavecká čepice) a milý a ochotný personál. Děkujeme.
