No pude entrar y nadie me atendió, es una estafa
Que no me hayan atendido y nadie me abriera
L'établissement est globalement un établissement très luxueux : il y a des très belles pièces, plusieurs salons intérieurs, un piano à queue, des salons à l'extérieur autour de la piscine. Le sol est marbré.
La taille de la chambre est parfaite avec de jolis meubles et un accès direct à la piscine.
Cela aurait pu être parfait mais lors de notre arrivée (sous la pluie...), personne n'a répondu à la sonnette d'entrée et il nous a fallu appeler un numéro situé en Floride pour que quelqu'un daigne ouvrir. Ensuite il y avait pas de serviette de bain et il a fallu réclamer. Pas non plus de produit de bain (savon, shampoing) et impossible d'en récupérer avant le lendemain car il n'y avait semble-t-il que le gardien qui n'était pas habilité. Il a également fallu se battre pour obtenir d'autres serviettes pour la piscine. Le 3ieme jour, personne en cuisine pour préparer le petit déjeuner et j'ai dû passer par booking pour demander s'il fallait que je me serve moi-même ou si quelqu'un allait arriver pour le préparer.
La piscine n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour.
Des déjections canines sont restés pendant 3 jours au milieu d'un salon intérieur.
Aucun ménage n'a été fait dans les lieux communs

Just 2 hrs to take breakfast, if you pass those hours you can’t be served
Staff cooked a wonderful breakfast on request, the facility is very nice, and the location was perfect for me. There were 4 dogs on the property and they were very enjoyable.
There was no hot water in the shower for the whole week and staff never changed towels, sheets, or even took out the trash.

El servicio, comunicación, no sabían de nuestra llegada , los teléfonos que tienen de contacto no contestan , es número de Estados Unidos. Contesta una grabadora . El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, se sentía mucho calor, llamamos para que nos cambiaran de habitación, nadie contesta
El agua caliente, el clima y la cama fueron lo mejor
La ubicación pensamos que estaba mal, ya que donde se ubica parecía abandonado pero al llamar fue que nos sentimos mejor.
La piscina y el piano .jaja
Solo un detalle no funcionaba el abanico de techo y pues el clima no se sentía mucho
