Perfecte start of eindlocatie voor start van reis in Sri Lanka
Pros:

Shuttle service is zeer handig wanneer je midden van de nacht op je bestemming aankomt.
Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel.
Ruime kamer en alles volgens wens.
Rustige ligging
Dringen niets op van andere diensten of services, een gewoonte van vele Sri Lankanen.
Uitgebreid en ruim ontbijt, te kiezen uit English breakfast of Sri Lanka versie

Cons:

Enkel wat details dus te verwaarlozen.
Negombo als stad is op zich niet zo bijzonder maar wel de beste plek om aan je reis te beginnen.

Comfortable and modern
Pros:

Convenient to the airport. Transport arranged by hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Bed comfortable too.

Cons:

Not much I didn’t like. Had dinner and ordered the tuna steak but it was overcooked and dry. Bit disappointing.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and perfect for staying over before a flight. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel was lovely. Very attentive staff. They even let us have breakfast an hour earlier than they usually open to accommodate for our flight. the free transfer to airport took around 30 minutes

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

We arrived at the Belmont with a heavy heart as we had finally reached the end of our amazing Sri Lankan journey and the Belmont was the ideal choice for that journey to end at. The hotel was lovely, a clean and air conditioned room with high ceilings and a great bathroom/shower. 

It location was also excellent, a short 30 min ride to the airport and walking distance to numerous shops and restuarants. The hotel also has a small pool for cooling down in and a rooftop dining is also a plus.

I would highly recommend the Belmont - its is exactly as its name suggest - a boutique hotel with a lovely vibe and a great spot to stay before saying goodbye to Sri Lanka
