The room was large and clean with all expected facilties
Turning up at 2.10pm and being charged £10.00 for an early entrance to my room despite it already being cleaned. This is the first time that has ever happened to me and is unacceptable. As I was going to a meeting, i unfortunately paid.

Fair price, clean, free parking
Hotel had No air conditioning in our bedroom and window would not open. Room smelt of smoke. At night it was noisy until around mid night as guests were sat outside smoking and drinking and were very loud. Therefore unable to sleep for some time. Rooms were not well sound proofed.so were disturbed by noise from other guest rooms
I continue to stay here each week while I am working away from home. In this price bracket I am not sure it could be beaten.
A few vegan options on the menu- however when asked they provided me with a very tasty sausage and mash.

Convenient for the wedding we were attending
It is very run down and showing its age. Peeling wallpaper, broken plaster, stains, lifts out of order, everything is old and run down. The spa’s jacuzzi is empty and out of order, the cold shower is out of order. The restaurant has a limited menu.

Rooms were very hot, no plugs near beds or mirrors lighting was poor to be able to do makeup. Only one pillow which was very soft and flat. Breakfast was very poor no real choice and very poor bread choices

The staff were polite, the dinner and breakfast was tasty & the the room was clean & comfortable.
The complementary pool was a beautiful touch which made our experience that little more special :)
