התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון.
הבעיה העיקרית לא הייתה רק ההמתנה לחדר, אלא היחס של צוות הקבלה. בהזמנה שלנו היה כתוב שניתן לקבל את החדר בשעה 14:00, אך בגלל שהיה יום שבת נאלצנו להמתין כ-4 שעות. אילו היו מסבירים ומתנצלים, אולי היה אפשר להבין, אבל היחס שקיבלנו היה מזלזל ולא מכבד.
בנוסף, אחת מעובדות הקבלה הבטיחה לנו שארוחת הבוקר תהיה זמינה בשעה 6:30 בבוקר. כאשר פנינו לעובד קבלה אחר, הוא ענה בצורה לא מקצועית: "מי שהבטיח לך – שיקיים", במקום לנסות לעזור או למצוא פתרון.
ציפינו לשירות ברמה גבוהה יותר, במיוחד ממלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון איכותי. לצערנו, התחושה הייתה שהאורחים אינם בראש סדר העדיפויות. אני מקווה שהנהלת המלון תטפל ברמת השירות ובאופן ההתנהלות של צוות הקבלה, כדי שאורחים אחרים לא יחוו את אותה אכזבה.

עיצוב ישן. מזרנים לא נוחים, אין איטום טוב לחלון ויש מלא אור. יש רעש מהרחוב אין איטום טוב. אין איורור במקלחת. אמבטיה מיושנת מאוד. היה ג׳וק ענק בארון. שטיח שחנק את החדר.. הזמנו חדר משפחה וחדר טריפל שהיו אותו דבר אבל עלו שונה…אבל בגדול חיפשנו מקום זול לישון בו לא להתפנק.. וזה ענה על הצפיה הזו
