Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Location was good for visit to UEA. Room was fine.

Cons:

Dinner service finishes early on a Sunday... so I missed it. Once the cost of breakfast was added to the room rate, I felt it was a little on the pricey side.

An oasis in the heatwave
Pros:

I was in the Stable block which was cool (despite the heatwave) and quiet. The location was fantastic and there was a good range of well prepared food on offer for breakfast and dinner.

Comfortable stay in idyllic village
Pros:

This beautiful period property is well located in the pretty village of Eaton. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, the beds especially were some of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on! I can’t say enough good things about the staff; everyone was polite, friendly, and super helpful.

Lovely place, lovely people but rooms need some sound proofing.
Pros:

Friendly owners.

Cons:

Rooms are very noisy due to very little insulations between rooms. I could hear whole conversations my neighbour was having on his phone.

Very pleasant with no complaints
Pros:

Maybe picked a bad day, but World Cup semi Final and no downstairs TV. That said, I watch in my room and was "miserable there instead!" :-)

Cons:

I drove past the pub first time as the bushes had overgrown next to the building and hid everything so I couldn't see it

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Free car parking.

Cons:

Very dated, the carpet looked dirty. Poor water pressure and took forever for the shower to get hot and then was scolding, no in between. Very thin walls, we could hear everything. The pub stopped serving food at 6 and closed early. Location wise, nothing else around. Not worth the money!
