Idealne miejsce na rodzinny odpoczynek.
Pros:

Pięknie urządzony, czysty, z przemiłą obsługą hotel. Widoki na jezioro i cudne zachody słońca. Przemiła obsługa i świetne zajęcia dla dzieci. Dużo przestrzeni w lobby, gdzie mozna odpocząć przy dźwiękach fortepianu. Wracamy tu juz pare lat i zawsze szkoda nam wyjeżdzać.

Cons:

Przeciekające okna przy nawalnym deszczu. Zbyt intensywny zapach mydla w pokojach. Minus za brak mydła w kostce jako alternatywy.

Pani Alicja z animacji wypuściła moją córkę z dworu żeby sama wróciła do hotelu , przy czym wcześniej mówiła że odbiór jest przy recepcji, dzieci nie powinny być same puszczone , przy konfrontacji pani Alicja powiedziała że ona nie bierze odpowiedzialności za dzieci tylko to rodzice są odpowiedzialni za dzieci podczas animacji, trochę dziwne to się wydaje, po zwróceniu uwagi następnie była obrażona i moje dziecko już nie skorzystało z animacji

A relaxing and high-quality lakeside getaway
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Marina Club. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the lake and nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, and the breakfast and dinner buffet offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The restaurant served excellent food, and the spa and wellness area were peaceful, clean, and well maintained. I also treated myself to a massage, which was excellent and added to the overall relaxing experience.

One thing I particularly appreciated was how thoughtfully the hotel caters to different types of guests. There are dedicated adults-only areas in the restaurant, sleeping rooms section, and designated spaces in the wellness area, allowing couples and guests without children to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. At the same time, families are still very welcome, creating a great balance rather than excluding anyone. I also liked that children are not allowed in the wellness area after 8:00 p.m., making it especially relaxing in the evenings.

The hotel also offers various activities, including live music, yoga sessions, and the option to rent a bowling lane, so there's always something to enjoy beyond the spa and the beautiful surroundings.

Most importantly, the staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help. Overall, Marina Club strikes the perfect balance between being family-friendly and offering peaceful spaces for adults. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Cons:

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Marina Club, but there are a few areas where I think the experience could be even better.

The biggest disappointment for me was the gym. It's quite small and mostly consists of cardio machines with just a few kettlebells. Considering the quality of the rest of the hotel, I think a larger fitness area with proper strength-training equipment would be a great addition.

I also wish yoga and other fitness or wellness classes were offered more frequently throughout the week. They were enjoyable, but having them available on more days would give guests greater flexibility.

I would also improve the bed pillows. I personally didn't find them very comfortable and started experiencing some neck pain after a couple of nights. Offering different pillow options or upgrading them could make the stay even more comfortable.

These are relatively minor points compared to everything the hotel does well, but addressing them would make Marina Club an even more outstanding destination.

Udany pobyt. Niestety zbyt krótki ale na pewno wrócimy.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania. No Kids Zone. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Uprzejma i służąca pomocą obsługa. Widać dbałość o klienta, która ma owocować jego powrotem. My wrócimy na pewno.

Wyjątkowy hotel z przepięknymi widokami

Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem! To przepiękne miejsce pełne uroku i wyjątkowej atmosfery, do którego z pewnością będziemy wracać. Fantastyczne miejsce w sercu natury.
Pros:

Hotel jest przepięknie położony, a natura wokół została fantastycznie wyeksponowana w hotelu. Nawet w razie niepogody można z nią obcować w lobby, pokojach, na siłowni czy w strefie spa. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Strefa śniadaniowa funkcjonowała bez zarzutu, a personel dbał o to, aby niczego nie brakowało. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone. Świetne rozwiązanie w restauracji to wydzielona strefa ciszy. Doskonała strefa saun i basenów oraz siłownia. Hotel to doskonała baza wypadowa do pięknych zakątków Warmii i Mazur.

Cons:

Wydaje się, że zabiegi SPA to niewykorzystany potencjał miejsca, ale nie obniżam z tego powodu oceny pobytu. Po prostu preferuję wyższe standardy tych usług.
