I had a wonderful stay at Villa Luise! The host is simply lovely and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The entire place is exceptionally clean and tidy—I stayed in a single room, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it felt. The bathroom was spotless, and the daily cleaning service was top-notch.
Waking up to a brilliant breakfast every morning was a major highlight, and overall, the property offers incredible value for money.
A quick tip for future travelers: The hotel is charmingly perched on a hill, about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. While there is an escalator that helps you going up mid-way, you should still expect to navigate some slopes and inclines on foot—something to be mindful of if you are traveling with heavy luggage! Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot and I would gladly stay here again.

The ower is so kind and warm.They prepared a birthday cake for me while I checked out that day is my birthday. They put so much thought and effort into it; I am deeply touched.

Quite a long walk from town, and the cable cars. No hot water kettle in room.
Facilities, service of employees, look and feel
Pillows where to flat and bed was not that comfortable
Staff were pleasant especially Katerina. Had a hood breakfast. Ortesei is expensive, so good value for the money.
Room was old and not at all sound proof. We could hear people talking and toilets flushing from other rooms.
