Sconsigliatissimo: un'esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Highly not recommended!

Sconsiglio fortemente questo albergo a chiunque visiti Bucarest.
​L'impatto visivo è stato pessimo fin da subito: l'albergo si presenta decisamente triste e squallido, sia all'esterno che all'interno. Purtroppo, le cose sono solo peggiorate una volta entrati. La sporcizia regna ovunque e durante il mio soggiorno di tre notti la camera non è mai stata pulita.
Oltre a questo, c'è un grave problema idraulico: l'acqua che esce dal lavandino del bagno emana una puzza terribile, al punto che sono stato costretto a lavarmi i denti usando l'acqua delle bottigliette confezionate.
​La colazione è stata un'altra enorme delusione. La qualità è pessima e la scelta è praticamente inesistente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il dolce, dove l'unica opzione era una misera merendina confezionata (andava un briciolo meglio il salato, con un minimo di alternativa in più).
​Il vero fondo, però, lo si tocca con i servizi e l'aspetto umano. Il personale della reception – si alternano più persone nei turni e non se ne salva una – è incredibilmente scortese. Nessuno che saluti, mai. Se fai una domanda ti rispondono scocciati, a monosillabi e senza degnarti di uno sguardo. Una sera ho chiesto di pagare una bottiglia d'acqua con la carta e il tizio di turno alla reception ha reagito sbuffando e sbattendo letteralmente i pugni sul tavolo. Questa totale assenza di educazione si respira anche in sala colazione, dove il personale ti ignora completamente, non saluta e non ti guarda in faccia.
​Questa gente non solo non ha la minima idea di come si faccia turismo, ma non sa proprio come ci si rapporti con gli altri esseri umani. State alla larga.

I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest.
​The visual impact was terrible right from the start: the hotel looks decidedly sad and shabby, both inside and out. Unfortunately, things only got worse once inside. Dirt is everywhere, and during my three-night stay, the room was never cleaned.
