Location, a few steps and across the road from the beach, less than a minute walk to the old town.
Clean - room was cleaned every day.
Services - polite and helpful staff.
Breakfast with fresh pizzetti, sliced fresh fruit, and other options.

The Miramare hotel invoked some nice childhood memories.

Bon hotel pour faire un séjour.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à 5 mn du centre historique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel parlant français, très agréable. Grande propreté dans tout l’hôtel. Le parking gardé et payant est à 50m de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Seul petit désagrément, la climatisation est un peu bruyante.

Lovely week in Otranto
Pros:

The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep. Lovely beach with crystal clear water just over the road. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size,very clean. Good size bathroom and shower. Clean towels every day. We had a side sea view which was good with a small balcony. The breakfast didn't have a huge choice but there was enough to fill you up and there was fresh fruit and juice every day.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but this may just be an English thing.
