Uitstekende locatie voor hotel Miramare, top personeel met hart voor gastvrijheid!!

De ligging van deze accomodatie en het voortreffelijke personeel! Met dank aan de lieve host die ons incheckte en Emanuelle in de ontbijtzaal!!! Complimenten!!!

In de totale accommodate boven was het te koud. De kamer erg krap en ik miste een waterkoker / espresso op de kamer;((

Ottima la posizione dell' hotel sul lungomare e a pochi passi dal centro storico.Buona la colazione per varietà e qualità. Camera spaziosa sebbene fosse una singola. Una menzione particolare merita lo staff sempre attento al benessere dell' ospite. In particolar modo le receptionist e il personale addetto alla sala colazione

excellent location and great staff
Pros:

the hotel is in an excellent location just across from the beach. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also very good but most of all the staff were excellent they could not have been more helpful

Particolare gradimento nei confronti del personale dí accoglienza nella struttura e delle addette alla sala colazione, persone gentilissime.

Cons:

La camera 32 sembrava una camerata militare con finestrino alto al soffitto. Il letto era terribile, nemmeno il giaciglio di un clochard poteva essere così scomodo. Il bagno sebbene arredato di buon livello, erogava solo acqua fredda dalla doccia…

Odori sgradevoli
Pros:

La posizione e' eccellente, centrale . Le camere sone pulite e spaziose. La colazione e' abbastanza buona e offre salato e dolce.

Cons:

Appena si entra c'e' odore di umido . Per fortuna nelle stanze non si sente pero' c'e' un odore di fumo che da' fastidio. Inoltre nel bagno un giorno si e uno no si sente un odore forte di fogna. Ci siamo lamentati e hanno mandato qualcuno a risolvere il problema che pero' dopo un giorno si e' ripresentato. L'aria condizionata fa un rumore assurdo per cui abbiamo dovuto tenerla spenta (con 39 gradi fuori!). Abbiamo avvisato la reception e hanno mandato qualcuno 2 volte che pero' non e' riuscito a risolvere il problema. Questo e' un problema che l'hotel deve risolvere in quanto e' una loro responsabilita' trovare un bravo tecnico e la receptionist continuava a dire che non poteva farci niente. Inoltre quando abbiamo chiesto di poter fare il check out piu' tardi l'ultimo giorno perche' il nostro aereo partiva alle 20.00 ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto pagare 30 euro per avere la stanza fino alle 13.00. Considerando i problemi che abbiamo avuto con l'aria condizionata ed il cattivo odore in bagno il minimo che potevano fare e farci stare fino alle 13.00 gratuitamente. Mi dispiace ma devono rivedere il servizio offerto ai clienti. Non penso torneremo.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and they had a range of options. The hotel is right on the beach with lots of restaurant options close by.

They use old style keys that have to be left at the front desk which is time consuming and not very safe because they hand out keys without documentation

Hotel con posizione eccellente, direttamente sul lungomare di Otranto. Hotel molto curato nei dettagli. Si nota molta cura sia per gli ambienti che per i clienti. Il personale molto gentile, sorridente e premuroso.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza.
