Good backup.
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Right next to a narrow busy road. Parking is very tricky. They really don’t know how to make good coffee.

Pros:

We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was very helpful and the stay was extremely pleasant. Thank you Vaishali, Tahmeena, Nilesh, Leroy and Aayushi for being the best hosts. We would love to visit again.

Excellent stay for solo travelers and family
Pros:

I really liked how polite and courteous the staff was in all of their duties. Nisha and Tehmeena helped me with my room's door problems. Both would greet with great joy when I will go for the breakfast. The breakfast serving staff was quite polite as well. They would fill my water bottle every time I asked for it even though water is available in the room as well. I had a great spa experience as well which was very relaxing. Room was cleaned diligently everyday. I worked for two days from the hotel room and the WiFi connectivity to work and for video calls was good. I was also provided with a cab for the airport when GoaMiles did not work during the off season.

Pros:

The location is good, but the hotel lacks cleanliness. We have to specifically ask them to clean the room; they don’t do it on their own. So far, I have stayed in many good and big hotels where housekeeping is done regularly without being asked, but here we had to call and request them for cleaning.
Also, there is a major issue with electricity. On the 17th, there were power cuts, and the same problem continued for two days.

Cons:

The location is nice and the staff is good.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. It caters to all culinary tastes. Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful especially Nisha, Kashish, Piyas, Sujal and Pradeep at the reception.

Cons:

Untrained staff. Security guard guiding me while parking my car on an incline gave wrong directions and I ended up damaging my car.
In the room we ordered tea for 4, we asked how many portion would suffice and we were asked to order 4 cups. 3 cups for 4 people is good enough, we wasted the 4th portion entirely. Tea is charged at INR 250 a cup including taxes, taste was absolutely pathetic, we ordered ginger tea and despite the bill showing this as ginger tea, it was tasteless. Same situation at breakfast as well, Dry Poha, Tasteless Tea.

Perfect stay
Pros:

What a wonderful place, full of peace and kindness.

We have returned to this hotel a year later and if it was even possible the place just got better. The people are attentive and could not do more for you. The breakfast is just perfect full of fresh food, well displayed and the staff is helping you at all steps. The staff made our family feel special and our stay remarkable. Will definitely return.
