Cons:

Untrained staff. Security guard guiding me while parking my car on an incline gave wrong directions and I ended up damaging my car.
In the room we ordered tea for 4, we asked how many portion would suffice and we were asked to order 4 cups. 3 cups for 4 people is good enough, we wasted the 4th portion entirely. Tea is charged at INR 250 a cup including taxes, taste was absolutely pathetic, we ordered ginger tea and despite the bill showing this as ginger tea, it was tasteless. Same situation at breakfast as well, Dry Poha, Tasteless Tea.

Perfect stay
Pros:

What a wonderful place, full of peace and kindness.

We have returned to this hotel a year later and if it was even possible the place just got better. The people are attentive and could not do more for you. The breakfast is just perfect full of fresh food, well displayed and the staff is helping you at all steps. The staff made our family feel special and our stay remarkable. Will definitely return.

The stuff is amazing, the breakfast rich and tasty, the shower

There were a lot of mosquitoes when we entered the room, and there was also a smell of insect spray inside.

Небольшая зеленая территория, теплый и чистый бассейн, вкусные завтраки, чистота в номере, пляж в 5 минутах неспешным шагом.

Cons:

Постельное белье было в пятнах, по нашей просьбе все заменили.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing with great facilities and a very helpful staff - especially Vaishali, Nisha, Kashish and Suraj. The team has made our stay wonderful and a very highly recommended place in a great location.

Amazing - will be returning
Pros:

Everything pretty much.

They reached out before we arrived to check everything was OK, arranged a driver to collect us from the airport also.

The staff we always on hand to help and ensure our stay was perfect, it just shows how things can be done.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
