Pros:

I did like my "Twin Room" but found the "Stairs" a bit awkward and explained I had recently had a "Right Hip Replacement" and thought they might have had a "Lift" in the Hotel. Also could not get any "Signal" for any of the Television Channels" and therefore could not watch any television at all. I did report it in the morning to one of the "Hotel Staff" so it could be sorted out. The other problem was there was "No Parking Spaces" at all near the "Cross Keys Hotel" and had to park my"Motability Car" about 4 Streets away and carry my "Luggage" which was very difficult for me because of my "Hip Replacement".

Cons:

I think the "Staff" could have been a bit more helpful considering my recent "Hip Replacement". And found the meal at night very "Bland" and tasteless. Don't like complaining but I really think they need to make a few changes. Regards Linda Joanne Ritson.

Best hotel , best location in Peebles . Will be back
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Kaden and Aleesha, they actually took our bags to our room. We had room 4 &5. Room 5 was big but both rooms were great, clean , good bed great shower. We also met the manager Wil, who could not do enough. He has a great very friendly team. Location was great and the bar facilities couldn’t ask for more . Didn’t have food but it looked nice. 5 star but only paying 3 star prices, great value. Will absolutely be back but I can see it will be hard to book as I think there is only about 7 rooms.

It was good value compared to the prices other hotels in Peebles charge.
Pros:

The location is perfect, in the centre of Peebles.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping didn't clean the room during our stay. We had to ask for the heating to be turned on.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We stayed at a room with extra sofa bed for a child and it was good space and very clean. All the staff very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We also had a drink at the pub downstair and enjoying the live music. Would deffeniately go back again!

Friendly and helpful staff especially Will the manager.
Pros:

Nice location with much character as an old pub with interesting history.

Cons:

No car park but the manager kindly allowed us to park off the road on the front due to our circumstances.
The TV did not work in our room as no signal.
I thought breakfast was included but unfortunately it wasn’t so it was a shock when I got the bill.

Pros:

Das Haus ist schon sehr alt. Es ist von der Inneneinrichtung modern, es müsste an weiteren Punkten renoviert werden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad modern.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts was schlecht war.

Pros:

The room was lovely and cosy , very clean , the staff were amazing they went above & beyond , the food was amazing as well and great value for money

Cons:

Only downfall was parking , you have to park in the local carpark which is a 10 min walk.from the venue we were unsure if the car would be safe but it was fine the 2 nights we were there
