Hotel con encanto en Paros.
Pros:

Las vistas son increíbles y es un hotel muy acogedor. El personal super amable, te ofrecen transporte si es necesario. La piscina super cómoda, con servicio en las tumbonas.

Cons:

La ducha no tiene cristal ni nada por lo que se sale todo el agua y se pone todo perdido. El desayuno muy normalito aunque dejaban hasta las 10:30.

Pros:

We loved the pool and the breakfast was truely wonderful

Cons:

The location is not great - it is a 10-15 min walk from beaches and further to beach clubs - very steep walk back would not recommend for older people or with kids - there is no shuttle to beaches and communication around travel was not great

La struttura è un gioiello, super curata e tutto molto bello. Vista sulla città e sul mare spettacolare, soprattutto con l’aggiunta della piscina che rende l’esperienza rilassante e al tempo stesso mozzafiato. Lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci hanno aiutati in tutto e consigliato vari posti a Parikia. La camera un pò piccolina, ma graziosa e fornita di tutto. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Cons:

L’unico lato negativo è che non è nel centro della città, ma un pò esterno e situato su un territorio rialzato, dunque è consigliabile avere una macchina/ scooter. È fattibile anche raggiungerlo a piedi con una passeggiata di 20 minuti, ma d’altro canto la strada non è pedonale, dunque è un pò pericolosa soprattutto la sera al buio.

Stunning views, clean but for us the staff let us down.
Pros:

We loved the views from our room which were stunning. We liked the pool area and the fresh breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding at checkin ( receptionist was under the impression we will not pay extra for our 4 year old kid breakfast which NEVER been the case as I asked them before our arrival about the cost and it was not a problem at all to pay 100€ more and the fact that the next morning the manager made a remark saying they noticed the number of PLATES we ate 😲 when I told her that my kid usually does not even eat breakfast but of course we will pay) made us feel unwelcomed by the staff for all 5 days and it was very sad for our mood and vibe in Paros. No one wants this feeling in their vacation, believe me.
After a 2nd discussion I initiated with the manager before departure, they apologized and offered not to pay but still...it was NEVER about the money for us.

In other conditions, the place would get a 10 but for the way we felt every day and how we were treated for the first time since we travel around the world it gets this rating.
