Peccato per il rumore
Pros:

La posizione, la camera a parte l'aria condizionata, la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Il fatto che non c'era impianto di aria condizionata bensì un rumorosissimo pinguino che non ha favorito un riposo notturno tranquillo. Dispiace il fatto che uno degli addetti alla reception abbia detto che tale inconveniente "era segnalato ovunque", ma io non ho trovato traccia si questa notizia. Dispiaciuta anche perché la persona che si occupa delle colazioni era malata (così ci è stato detto) e non è stata sostituita, quindi la colazione è stata consumata in un bar poco distante.

L’emplacement, l’accueil, la chambre spacieuse ainsi que le parking privé inclus dans le prix

Le climatiseur mobile qui faisait un bruit insupportable.

Posizione eccellente, staff cordiale, disponibile e molto gentile

Cons:

Purtroppo ho sofferto esageratamente il caldo, in camera, avevo una ventola da soffitto e un condizionatore con un rumore insopportabile che ancora non ho capito se rinfrescava la stanza davvero ma a parte il caldo il rumore era esageratamente forte per dormire.

Pulizia camere perfetta. Colazione semplice ma molto varia.

Cons:

Camera troppo calda, climatizzatore insufficiente e rumoroso. Acqua sempre calda dai rubinetti. Camera un po vecchia e tanti piccoli particolari mancanti per un 3 stelle (asciugamani e sapone contati, no frigo,...)

Pros:

Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff;; colazione approntata alle 6 per venire incontro alle esigenze di chi partecipava alla Pistoia-Abetone con prodotti di buona qualità ed un buonissimo servizio; parcheggio gratuito

Cons:

Potrebbero essere utili distributori automatici di acqua e bevande e,forse, qualche snack; mettere un frigorifero anche piccolo in camera

Un séjour très agréable dans une ville très animée le soir autour de la magnifique place du Duomo.
Pros:

accès et emplacement avec parking très pratique à l'entrée de la Z.T.L et/ou piétonne pour visiter la vieille ville.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu basique!
