Le personnel est très aimable. La dame de l'accueil parle le français et a été charmante. La chambre est grande, confortable et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est classique mais il y a plusieurs choix. La possibilité d'avoir un parking est appréciable (penser à réserver car peu de places).

Great little balkan feel hotel
Pros:

Lots of people complaining about the hotel, I found it was really decent and if anything very Bulgarian/ Balkan in feel. Very close to city center if you like walking, breakfast was very filling and you had a choice which makes for less wastage than buffet style. Hotel was great with check in instructions (I arrived late) and I really liked it was facing one of the hills.

Cons:

The WiFi was TERRRRRRRIBLE. I don't know what on earth was going on with it on the 3rd floor it just never worked or in the breakfast room. And the room safe was too temperamental. One thing which isn't the hotels fault, just the nature of being in an ancient town (remember it was a Roman city!!!) is that you can't flush toilet paper in the loo. Wish there was a bidet to help counter that!

Просторна стая. Чисто. Прясно приготвена закуска. Местоположението беше идеално за целта на посещението ни.

Cons:

Телевизорът в стаята ни не работеше. Мъжът ми много държеше на него, защото искаше да гледа спортни предавания. Не го поправиха, нито СМЕНИХА за трите дни престой, макар че той персонално запозна всеки член на персонала, който срещна. Даже рецепционистът му препоръча да гледа онлайн на телефона, каквото там го интересува.

전반적으로 만족합니다.
Pros:

버스 터미널이나 기차역에서 15분 정도, 이동하기 편한 곳에 위치 합니다.
Kapana 지구와는 걸어서 10분,
구시가지와는 15분, 조용하게 지내면서, 모든 관광지로 이동 하기 좋은 위치라고 생각합니다.

객실은 깔끔 했고, 햇살 가득, 유럽 특유의 화장실 냄새도 없이 환기가 잘 되는 곳이였습니다.
배정 받은 객실이 3층이였는데 엘리베이터 이용할 수 있었습니다.

아침 식사는 부페가 아니라 5가지 세트 메뉴 중 선택하면, 만들어 주는 방식이였습니다.
오믈렛은 2가지 정도의 치즈가 들어갔고, 오이와 토마토가 한 접시에 서빙 되어졌으며, 구운 식빵과 커피, 탄산수와 함께 먹을수 있었습니다.
후식으로 파운드케잌도 먹을수 있었습니다.
빵에 발라 먹을 버터는 주문하니 주셨습니다.

직원들은 친절했고, 특히! 노트북을 놓고, 체크 아웃 했는데, 바로 연락 주셔서 찾을 수 있었습니다.
정말 감사했습니다!

베란다 창문을 열면 옆 방의 사람들을 볼수 있어서 문을 활짝 열지 못했습니다.

Az óvárostól kb. 15 perc sétára.

A szobák egy része a főútra néz, az hangos lehet. A két hálószobás apartmanban nem volt zavaró a hang.
