Вода в отеле, месторасположения, вежливое общение.

Cons:

Ужасная звукоизоляция. Невозможно дозвониться на рецепцию ночью при срочной ситуации. Совершенно нет правил проживания и контроля, дети прыгали и бегали до 3 ночи ,пока родители отмечали детский день рождения. Здоровье и сон других проживающих никого не интересует.

Чудове місце для відпочинку та відновлення. Готель має чудовий ресторан, де можна смачно поїсти. Окрім цього, у готелі є можливість скуштувати мінеральну водичку "Поляна", замовити масаж та релаксацію у чанах. На території комплексу також є 3 гірськолижні підйомники, де можна навчати дітей катання.
