Pros:

Все дуже сподобалось, в принципі як завжди, тому що вже не перший раз зупиняюсь в цьому готелі. Дуже ввічливий персонал, з будь-яких питань швидко реагують і надають необхідну допомогу . В номері було все необхідне для приємного відпочинку. Також не можу не зазначити дуже гарний ресторан, їжа на високому рівні, все було смачно, і найважливіше комфортно. Із задоволенням ще буду повертатися 😊

Відносний центр міста, не шумно

Cons:

Якість сервісу середня.
З мінусів:
- протікала душ кабіна з усіх можливих і не можливих отворів
- ремонт підзатяганий
- тісний номер як для двомісного
- мило одне для рук, тіла та голови, 3в1 )
- сніданок не відповідає вартості

Cons:

Дуже гучно, в ресторані святкували день народження. Обіцяли о 22.00 закінчити, але о 22.00 закінчилась програма з ведучим і до 23.20 продовжилося святкування з музикою. На звернення в ресторані відповіли, що це не їх проблема. У заброньованому номері були проблеми з душовою кабіною, тож прийшлося переходити в інший номер, який виявився ще ближчим до ресторану. Мали надію відпочити, але не склалося
