Lorsque j’ai reservé massage il y avait un gros rabais sur massage relaxant et de tete 60$us et il ne me l’ont PAS offert…j’ai pris deep tissu a 110us et en réalité j’ai reçu un massage relaxant.Je me suis fait avoir car je ne voulais pas gaché mon moment mais elle m’
a fait un massage suedois avec bras pas avec les mains (deep tissu).Donc je n’ai PAS dit que le massage n’était PAS assez profond…sa méthode était pas adaptée a profond mais a relaxant.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, diekt am Strand, grosser Pool mit Poolbar. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet, mit toller Terrasse beim Familien Appartement. Im Restaurant isst man sehr gut, aber teuer.

Cons:

Zu laut von der Bar hinter der Anlage. Wir konnten nicht schlafen dank der Karaokeparty und anderen lauten Events bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Auch die Strasse ist laut. Fenster sind nicht isolierend.
Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool wird nicht gross gepflegt und leider auch zu wenig gereinigt. Auch das Zimmer ist alt und renovationsbedürftig.
Wegen dem Lärm sind wir dann zwei Nächte früher als geplant abgereist.

Ein Hotel mit viel Potenzial
Pros:

Der Strand und die Umgebung sind genial. Das Personal im Restaurant ist top und das Frühstück sättigt bis abends.

Cons:

In der hintersten Reihe kann man kaum schlafen. Die Zimmer der hintersten Reihe sind kaum isoliert und zur Strasse hin wird es aufgrund des nahen Karaokelokals extrem laut bis tief in die Nacht.
Als es stark regnete, hielt die Decke nicht dicht. Wir nahmen es mit Humor und haben Krüge, Pfannen und Badetücher im Wohnbereich verteilt. Das Hotel haben wir via hoteleigene App und separat via booking.com informiert. Hat nie jemand gelesen. Die Receptionistin meinte, sie hätte keinen Zugriff auf diese Kommunikationssysteme.
Schade ist auch, dass es trotz vieler Rückmeldungen hier auf booking.com, wirklich kaum Sonnenschirme gibt. Platz gäbe es bei weitem genug.

The service and overall hospitality was terrible. The place needs major repairs and cleaning.

We had a very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Location was wonderful, right on Playa Potrero.
Great beach, staff were very helpful, our room was very spacious and clean. Central location to checking out multiple other beaches both north and south of it.

A hidden gem in a quiet seaside town you don’t want to miss
Pros:

Excellent location, attentive and friendly staff, clean facilities and room and a great breakfast.

Cons:

There was noting I didn’t like about the property although the karaoke at the nearby bar on a Saturday night can be abit loud the rest of the week it was blissfully quiet
