A good place to stay when visiting Potsdam. Convenient for Berlin using the S barn.
Pros:

Spacious except for the kitchen.

Grandiose, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft!
Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Personal haben wir zwar während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gesehen, aber es gab auch so an der Unterkunft einfach nichts auszusetzen.
Die Lage ist traumhaft. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es ein hammermäßiges italienisches Restaurant am Theater. Hinreichend Parkmöglichkeiten an der Berliner Straße haben wir auch immer gefunden. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell an den Hot-Spots der Stadt.
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war super und qualitativ, verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften, sehr hochwertig. Wer auch immer die Zimmer eingerichtet hat, hat ein tolles Gespür für Deko und Komfort. Alles war so stimmig und wunderschön! Der Zugang über die Eingangstür mittels Code hat auch immer reibungslos geklappt und wir hatten auch keinerlei Probleme mit dem Fernseher.
Auch so ein großes Badezimmer hatten wir wirklich schon ewig nicht mehr!
Da wird man fast schon traurig, wenn sich der Aufenthalt dem Ende neigt.

Cons:

Nichts, es war alles wunderbar.
Vermisst haben wir lediglich eine Haltestange in der Dusche.

Erholung pur in tollen Räumlichkeiten
Pros:

Tolles Ambiente, super Lage für einen Stadtbesuch. Alle Bereiche im Altstadtbereich zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anbindung an die Straßenbahn erleichtert den Weg zum Bahnhof. - eine tolle zentrale Lage zwischen Tiefer See und Heiliger See. Sehr empfehlenswert!

It was really great.
Pros:

Honestly, this is my first time writing a review because this hotel truly surprised me. I felt like I was staying in a palace. The design of the hotel was beautiful and completely unique for me.
During this short trip, I didn’t have a car, but the tram station was right in front of the hotel—only about a 2-minute walk—and it took around 15 minutes directly to the main station.
The room was clean and the environment was quiet. I hope that on my next trip, they will have availability again so I can stay here.

Die Lage des Guest house Villa Fritz ist sehr zentral gelegen, um die verschiedensten Ziele der Umgebung von Potsdam und Berlin zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bequem.

Pros:

Villa Fritz jest strzałem w dziesiątkę, ma niepowtarzalną atmosferę butikowego pensjonatu. Wysokie sufity i świetnie dobrane meble sprawiły, że czułem się jak w jednym z pałaców Poczdamu. Lokalizacja pozwala na zwiedzanie centrum Poczdamu pieszo ale warto skorzystać z rowerów aby dotrzeć w dalsze rejony. Personel jest bardzo pomocny.
