Pros:

The hotel is in a residential area. So it was interesting to visit the local pub and see the parts of the city not on the usual tourist itinerary.

Disappointing, especially the breakfast.
Pros:

Clean & smart appearance.

Cons:

Booking was confirmed as a double bed but got two small single beds.
Breakfast was poor (despite comments I read to the contrary). There is a choice, I selected an omelette & what I got was a tough omelette & 2 small, dry rolls. & one espresso. No cereals, juices, jams, etc.

There was warm water outage, no warm water since Saturday until Monday Morning, no repairs where provided during the weekend, it was very bad.
