Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, aber ruhig an der Straße, die nach Permet führt
Man kann von hier aus alles gut erreichen!
Ein dickes Plus war der Pool!

Cons:

Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Eine Duschkabine wäre nicht schlecht.

supervriendelijk familiehotel. Groot zwembad, goed opgezet ontbijt.

Cons:

zeer gedateerde inrichtingen. Hele oude en zeer kleine badkamer. De familie zei dat in 2026/2027 aan te pakken. Verder zeer oncomfortabele tuin / zwembad stoelen. Ik nam kussens mee uit de kamer om buiten te zitten. De lokatie is ook niet geweldig. Aan een drukke weg met veel lawaai. Wel heel dichtbij Permet (5 minuten).

Nice place, but it needs a better acoustic insulation

The owners are very nice, kind and welcoming, and always available if you need anything.
Great location, close to the highway and the town, making it convenient for getting around.
The property is surrounded by greenery and trees, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Nice outdoor space with a swimming pool, which is a great place to relax.
The room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The main issue for us was the sound insulation. The rooms are not very well acoustically insulated, so we could hear conversations, chatting and music coming from other rooms and the corridor, especially during the night. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep.
The shower does not have a dedicated enclosed space. However, this is as described in the property information, so it is not really a complaint — just something to be aware of when booking.

Pros:

Sehr liebevolle gestaltete Unterkunft, klein aber fein und Preis Leistung mehr als in Ordnung!!! Alles ist ordentlich k d sauber gewesen. Die Gastgeber sind auch super lieb und haben alles fürs Rafting für uns geregelt. Auch dass man egal um wieviel Uhr einchecken kann ist super.

Bel hôtel pour profiter de la piscine et des activités autour de Permet
Pros:

Un peu en dehors du centre de Permet cet hôtel avec une belle piscine était idéal pour 2 nuits sur place. Connexion avec Permet par un chemin piéton par un petit pont métallique sur la Vjosa (20 min à pied). Ambiance familiale. Restaurant et bar sur place. Accueil chaleureux. Très calme. Parking sur place

Cons:

La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant.

Good hotel, the best people!
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful, the young girl was very sweet , she told us where to find good olive oil and byrek and altogether she was very nice and polite. Our second night it was her birthday and not only she was working but without asking she brought us some of her cake , it was homemade and absolutely delicious! The hotel was clean, everything was good , but these people made the stay something we will never forget! P.S. like you can see in the picture, they turn on a projector with movies every night!

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Alles, het was een heerlijk verblijf bij heel vriendelijke mensen. De sfeer was erg fijn.
Het zwembad geweldig, zeker bij de hete dagen dat wij er waren.

L accueil du personnel la piscine et son bar à côté du canyon 14 km

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war doch recht klein für 3 Personen und es gab keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für Sachen. Wir haben es auch so hinbekommen, aber als Zweibettzimmer mit einem kleinen Schränkchen wäre es perfekt.

Pros:

It was a nicely run family hotel and the food was good and the hosts friendly. The bathroom was not that handy as the tap did not reach far enough over the sink and the shower is an open shower, so the whole thing gets wet and slippery. A wiper would have been handy.

Cons:

On arrival they said that the swimming pool needed cleaning and would be ok the next day. As alternative we walked to the river to cool off, but you could not swim there. The next day we could still not use the pool, which was very disappointingly as it was very hot. I chose this hotel because of the pool.

Great value for money
Pros:

Nice hotel just a few minutes outside of town. Owner is very friendly. Breakfast and generally the food is good. It was nice to have a pool. We got a slightly bigger room than what we had booked. Good value for what we paid.
