We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Facilities and restaurant were all excellent and the staff were very accomodating to my family and I.

Cons:

If I have one criticism it would be the noise. The rooms are right beside the main street into Medewi and the traffic starts early if the waves are good. Don't let this stop you though. Amazing property.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. Great food menu and the penthouse was perfect for us to have some downtime and feel like we had a lot of space with the kids around

É o melhor hotel para surfistas! você pode acompanhar as ondas da piscina, do restaurante e do seu próprio quarto (pegamos o quarto número 1). A recepcionista Hasti é maravilhosa, muito querida e atenciosa, tornou nossa experiência ainda mais especial!

Cons:

amamos a nossa experiência! mas como dona de hotel, preciso dar um feedback: poderia trocar as portas da varanda dos quartos, pois entra mosquitos. tem pequenas aberturas. o ideal seria vidro com cortina, pois durante o dia se você deixa aberto, o ar condicionado não dá conta e fica calor, então o quarto fica o dia todo no escuro.

Overall experience was exceptional, friendly, welcoming and homely and would highly recommend!
Pros:

The position of the hotel is amazing.
The staff were exceptional and very polite.
The breakfast had many delicious choices.
The pool and outside areas were always kept very clean.

Cons:

I was very dissapointed in my room. It was very small and the bathroom was very dingy and dark. I know it was cleaned each day but it looked dirty due to the color of the black slate/tiles. The position was not great either with no outlook and staff foot traffic consistently walking past. In hindsight I would have booked a better room with an outlook?

Spent 6 night and was amazing!
Pros:

Location....back balcony was great for lounging, checking out the waves and and great place for a workout....they had a yoga mat, exercise ball and rolling pin. Bed was very comfortable!! Pool area is a little cramped but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. Breakfast was delicious .....has the egg and bacon sandwich every am and the ice cream sandwich every night for dessert:):)

Amazing view and amazing staff! Best place I’ve ever stayed

If traveling to Medewi there is no better place to stay. The view can’t be beat and the service is amazing. Every person goes out of their way to help. Hasti helped me so much during the lead up to our stay to ensure all my questions were answered and arranged transport. She was always available and eager to help. Agus, Nopi, Wayan and everyone else at the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely enjoy the delicious included breakfast while scooping out the waves. The location really cannot get any better for a surfer or for someone watching a surfer. The beds are comfortable, bathroom products fantastic, purified water in the room is a plus and there is surf board storage everywhere. Every aspect of our stay here was relaxing and fantastic!
