Didn't look like the photos, not all staff could speak English. Breakfast was displayed in the dark.
Ti was a quiet oleasent area. It a had the basic necessities.

The room was filthy as was the second room I booked. Black mold in the shower, stains on everything including blood single item including blood stains on the mattress. I slept on top of the duvet and left the following day. Not suitable to house a dog

Rooms are clean and comfortable. I was there in the heatwave ... no aircon in room.
I had to work, they were very happy for me to sit downstairs in the cool and work.
Fab location if you are driving. Just 10 minutes from the last station on the District Line. In London in less than an hour !
Was a convenient location for a race my partner was doing.
Provided the basics for a one night stay like a bed, roof over the head and shower.
The window doesn’t stay open by itself, it was propped up by two small wooden blocks when we arrived meaning the window was only open a crack, we used water bottles to open it further.
The room was very warm, we had to open the door to the hallway to let in cooler air.
The shower didn’t get particularly cold so couldn’t cool down.
Breakfast was very poor, just cereal, milk, orange juice and yogurts laid out on a table. One jug with how water, one with tea.
Overall didn’t feel too clean, the entrance has some rubbish in it, dirty blinds etc.

Good wifi, good shower, attentive staff.
Had to wedge the sash window open using my suitcase otherwise it would have closed. Continetal Breakfast was served in the morning, it was too dark to see everything so I think I had some cornflakes, but couldn't really tell until I was in some light.
