I blame booking.com for this review because it was recommended. In short it was awful. Young girl on reception wasn't showing any signs of being human. When entered room it was a shock. Blind was badly stained. Curtains were hanging off. Windows could not stay open and haven't been cleaned for months. There were cobwebs and loads of bugs caught up in them. Stains on woodwork. Toilet stained. Bath only had one tap working and when tried the other one. It fell off! The telephone in the room to ring reception didn't work and was filthy and sticky. Cushions had tears in them.carpet stained. This all made sense when I googled it the next morning. Its actually closing as planning has gone through for housing! The other 2 staff were very nice but felt sorry for them to have to work there still and put up with all the bad reviews and I expect the customers being angry. Booking.com should of advised . Im not going to use this website again after 10years plus of using.

Bed was the only thing in the room that was clean and fresh

Everything else
It might be cheap but certainly not cheerful
I had booked 2 nights 1 was enough
I went into breakfast no point nothing that I could eat
Left immediately as a diabetic to find somewhere to eat

Nothing. I didnt get to use the room. When I arrived I was told it was fully booked . When I tried to get my refunds back I didn't so what should I rate ??

The fact that I didnt get a room o. Site yet I booked it o line . It was fully booked but my money was taken

It was alright.

Filthy hotel a breeding ground for infection

Cons:

The room was filthy as was the second room I booked. Black mold in the shower, stains on everything including blood single item including blood stains on the mattress. I slept on top of the duvet and left the following day. Not suitable to house a dog
