Pros:

Mooi klassiek, rijk gedecoreerd hotel, in voornaam pand in leuke stad. Het restaurant is prachtig. Heel hartelijk personeel, met een extra pluim voor de man die het ontbijt verzorgde.

Cons:

De mooie houten vloer in onze kamer kraakte enorm. Die van onze bovenburen ook. In feite verwaarloosbare kritiek naast alle pluspunten.

Pros:

L’accueil était très chaleureux, la chambre propre et agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon. Mention spéciale pour le gaspacho maison qui était à tomber !

Cons:

Tout était excellent mais si on veut vraiment atteindre la perfection, un petit frigo et une bouilloire dans la chambre seraient un plus.
Si le restaurant de l’hôtel avait proposé des plats locaux végétariens nous serions également restés dîner

Jätte trevlig och personlig personal (hotelägaren? ), väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Vår hund fick vara med över allt. God mat och jätte bra frukost och kunde erbjuda glutenfritt till frukosten.

Es el edificio MEJOR CONSERVADO DE TODO Reinosa.
Las almohadas son DE CALIDAD.
El personal que atiende el alojamiento es EXCEPCIONAL en todos los aspectos.
El desayuno incluido ESPLÉNDIDO

Que el chec-in se realiza a partir de las 14:00h y considero que es un poco TARDE para ello

Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale molto gentile e professionale. Ci siamo fermati per una notte e abbiamo cenato in struttura. Menù fisso 16€ con buona scelta e anche menù alla carta vario. Consigliato!

Es muy muy bonito. La amabilidad del personal es sin duda lo mejor del hotel y mira que el hotel está bien, pero es que tanto el dueño como la señora que atendía por las tardes y en el restaurante son bellísimas personas.
